Had an excellent experience at this location! Specifically the assistant manager Austyn was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting my vehicle fixed right. It was refreshing coming from a bad experience I had at another repair shop close by.

Excellent service. Manager Nel, went above and beyond to provide us our install delivery date. Warehouse shipped wrong tire, she drove to go pick up correct tire all in the effort to meet our expected completion date. Highly recommend this location. All employees were very pleasant and professional. Thank you Nell. You’re the best!

Nell and her team are phenomenal in their customer service and care. I was going to another local NTB location who weren’t very honest with some damage they caused to my truck or didn’t always have the best customer service, but I cannot speak highly enough of this NTB and the lengths they go to ensure you’re well taken care of and spoken to with the utmost respect. I’ve gotten regular maintenance, new tires and even major work done to my truck which they took care of without any headache to me. I will definitely continue returning here. Thank you!!
