I realized I had a long trip on Wednesday, called NTB on Monday, and the tires were there on Tuesday. Nell checked me in, replaced my tires and I was out of there in 30 minutes. The same tires would have been $200 more at the Mercedes service center. Very happy with my service at NTB and Nell is a credit to your organization!
