“I love Maryland paint! They have amazing prices and the staff there are very lovely. And if you want the best help with paint color match, ask for CJ. He was verry lovely and even helped out with discounts.”
“I try to always use better quality paint than cheap home depot stuff. 4 years ago I bought a gallon at Sherwin Williams for my bathroom. I loved the color and the coverage, and had 3/4 of the can left which I thought I'd be able to use to touch up in the future if/when necessary. Well, imagine my disappointment when I went to use it a few weeks ago and it was all hard on the bottom and oily yucky on the top. Stirring really didn't make a difference; it was too separated. So I had to go buy more paint and I asked them if I could buy a quart instead of a gallon since the leftover hadn't lasted. It didn't come in a quart, and then the manager offered to try to shake the paint I already had because he thought it had just separated and could still be good. Well it turned out to be just fine after they shook it with the machine so I didn't have to buy more paint after all! He even put what was left in new can since the old one was starting to get a bit rusty on the outside. I so appreciate that they didn't just try to sell me more paint. Because of that and because they're having a sale right now, I decided it's time to do some other painting projects that I've been putting off. Thank you Sherwin Williams for great customer service as well as quality paint!”
“Over 13 years ago I used regal paint center in the old Annapolis location to purchase paint for my parents home. Quality was so good we waited 13 years to paint again and primarily to change the color. The paint held up all those years. I went back to the newer Annapolis location to do it again. The service was top notch. They even brought the paint out to my car and refused to let me put it in my car. That just doesn’t happen anywhere else. They don’t oversell. They focus on the quality and supplies you need for the job, I won’t go anywhere else. This is a testament to the culture established by the leaders and owners of this group. In an age where customer service is non-existent, Regal Paint Centers stands out from the crowd. Keep doing what you do!”
“Friendly and helpful staff. Veggies and flowers for sale outside. This small store seems to have everything: greeting cards, door mats, screen repairs, ice cream, small toys in checkout line, key making.”
