Nice hotel about a ten minute drive from Annapolis. This is also the first hotel I have been to that comes with Youtube on the TV. The ceilings are also very tall.

After spending over a month at this property – and having previously served 9 years as a Director with Hyatt – it takes a lot to impress me. Tianna Jackson has consistently stood out.
She is reliable, poised under pressure, solutions-driven, and naturally customer-focused. Tianna doesn’t just complete tasks – she anticipates needs, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and brings positive leadership energy that elevates those around her. Her strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right the first time truly set her apart.
Special recognition must also go to Mari in Housekeeping, whose attention to detail, consistent kindness, and ability to leave every space spotless deserves the spotlight.
In my professional opinion, these are the type of individuals corporate needs to keep their eyes on – they shine.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times but will not be staying again. They are requiring a $10 per night parking fee that was not mentioned when we checked in and is not charged through Marriott. You are expected to pay via a QR code to a third party company. The front desk staff can't explain why. We didn't find out this was required until we happened to be sitting in the lobby while other people were checking in.
The rooms are fine. The heat is inconsistent, it's either chilly or too hot. The shower barely drains and the lock in our door is broken so you have to hold the handles down in order to close the door.
Overall, the level of service provided at this location is sub-par for what we've come to expect at Marriott.

BLACK MOLD and Pay For Parking. $9 for parking after paying $250 for the room is robbery. I could understand if it was in a parking garage or city parking, but we are in a strip mall parking lot that’s unsecured and empty. Rooms were nice except for the fact that there was a huge water stain in the bathroom along with black mold. I’m a contractor of 20 years and also hold a Pennsylvania home inspection license so it goes without saying I know what I’m looking at. Unacceptable

Stayed here for a week. Housekeeping never came to clean the l room. Requested more towels from the front desk and they never came. Went to front desk for towels and was told they were short on towels. Not up to the Marriott standard.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and well-designed. The walk-in closet was surprisingly huge, and the bathroom was also very large and comfortable—not cramped at all. We really appreciated the little bar area in the room, which had a mini fridge, microwave, and a setup for coffee—very convenient.
The beds were super comfortable, and the couch was nice, though it did have a few questionable spots that could use a bit more attention in cleaning.
The staff was very friendly, and we had no issues at all with check-in or check-out—it was quick and easy. Parking wasn’t too expensive (around $10 a day), and the location of the hotel was a big plus. It’s in a great area with lots to do nearby—a mall, plenty of restaurants, and other attractions all within easy reach.
Overall, it was a very good experience and we’d definitely consider staying again.

Great hotel and location. Clean, spacious rooms. AC worked very well and the hotel was well maintained. The elevator is a little bumpy. Free breakfast -They only serve waffles on the weekends. Parking was $9.50 and done using a QR code. Parking is on property

The rooms were very clean and well proportioned. My room had no view but besides that I can't complain. There was a decent sized indoor pool, hot tub and gym on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am also not a huge fan of having to pay to park but everything else was great.

Though the room was more than comfortable, the fact that I had to pay for parking was revolting. Secondly, one of the main reasons I selected this hotel was to relax in the hot tub.
There was a hot tub, but only one jet worked; furthermore, when I informed the staff of the problem, he acknowledged me, but by the next morning, no action has been taken to correct the problem.
On the other hand, breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable.

Our toilet was stopped up and had to call 4 times before they finally came to fix it. Maintenance blamed the front desk for not calling until the 4th time (more than 90 minutes later). The front desk acted like they had requested the service kept saying that maintenance was on their way up - when they were not even contacted.
I came to town for a big family reunion and just needed a little time to rest between events - instead I spent it trying to get a working bathroom and no service. Asked for a new room but was denied due to full hotel.
Very disappointed in the customer service I have come to expect for SpringHill Suites.

Update: As you can see there is a response HOWEVER the problem was that you can not call anyone directly BUT He wants me to call to discuss further W/O reaching out to me or leaving a number.
OMG do not stay here!! All the rooms are clean and there wasn't a problem there nobody knows what they are doing ! to say the check in girl was a nightmare is a understatement. It took her 15 minutes to check us in and when she took our credit card for incidentals she ran each (we had 2 rooms ) of our credit cards multiple times. We could see that it was run multiple times because we can see it through our credit card app. she told us that they would come off. The next day we checked out and once again asked if the charges would come off (same person at the desk as the day before ). She looked up our rooms and said you are all set there was no additional charges. At that point a took a picture of a plaque hanging on the wall that had the Hotels number to the hotel.
I waited a few days and charges were still on both our credit cards so I called the number that I took a picture of and it was not a correct number!?! What !?! the number that they have attached is a number out of service ? And nobody cares !
I finally had to call corporate customer service to Springhill Suites and they took care of it although they will not get me back the 3 plus hours I had to work on this. I have attached a picture of the plaque so you can see how ridiculous it is

What you would expect from a Springhill Suites. Bed was comfortable and room fairly spacious. However, paying $10 per night for parking is ridiculous. This hotel is in the suburbs with ample parking. Breakfast was adequate but small variety. Not a lot of options. Fresh bakery items would have been nice.

It was fine. Stayed for like a week on vacation and it was okay. The beds were comfortable, the room was fine, I never woke up early enough to try the breakfast but for a three-star hotel it was probably passable.
The housekeeping never knocked on my door though and kinda just opened the door and announced themselves as they came in, and that was kinda weird. Never been to a hotel where they don't at least knock before coming in. Otherwise, it was fine.

We were hoping to stay a night with our two months old. I booked ahead and called a few hours before and confirmed they will have a pack and play ready in our room when we checkin.
We checked in at 8pm, I asked about the pack n play and the front desk lady confirmed it will be in our room and is getting delivered right then.
There wasn’t a pack n play in the room. Housekeeping brought a sheet and told us they were looking for key to the storage.
An hour and a half passed by and I called front desk and was told they don’t have any pack n plays and will have them later in the week.
We had to leave at 9:30 pm due to the hotel staff lying to us and find other accommodation that have safe sleep area for our infant.
Also the front desk handles, pool towels, housekeeping communication and phones, the lady working the desk on 6/19 was extremely unprofessional and not helpful.

This place is below the Marriott brand standard. Breakfasts are cheap, yucky, and not worth getting up for, but you’d better get up if you want it as it ends at 930. The staff asked for my room number when I asked for toilet paper.
The eggs taste like water… the pool room wreaks of cheap chlorine. It’s just kinda gross and constantly over sold and crowded on top.
I get the military culture of this town as I was in the Air Force, but everything closes early and it’s pretty lame. Do yourself better than booking here, there has to be a better spot. If this sis better, awesome, but maybe just go a few towns over.
P.s. after a few more days here, key factors:
1. Air conditionings don’t seem to work right, Lwyas hot and sweating in the room.
2. Kids stomping around (like 15 teenagers) stomping floor to floor until I confront them rather than management, no security.
3. The toilets keep clogging, not just the room, the downstairs one took before you even do anything, and there’s no soap in our room or in the downstairs public restroom… ew.
4. The pool is kind of nasty and just wreaks of chlorine and is humid as heck like Florida.
5. Front desk guy was rude and wouldn’t make me a copy of my keys because they keep deactivating over and over because this hotel is 1.5/5 and disgraced the Marriott brand. Breakfast also sucked again, everyday the same old stuff they just keep putting out. Can’t even do bacon.
