I went to this location looking for a new office chair with good back support. I received outstanding customer service. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and helped me to choose the best chair for me and was very personable. I was able to get the chair put together right away, which was a big bonus for me. They even helped get it into my car. I highly recommend this location.

I always leave the Annapolis Staples feeling taken care of. The staff is helpful and pleasant. I find the layout of the store to be "user friendly", which is a big plus for someone who hates to ask for help!

Lou at Staples was great. Lou had extensive knowledge about printers and he was very patient. My mother is elderly and he helped her pick out a printer that fit her needs and help her get/understand discounts towards the printer she purchased. Lou also went above and beyond because he helped her fill out the warranty for the printer. Lou is an amazing employee and should be recognized for his talent, skills and ability. I am thinking employee of the month, promotion or a gift card! Lou is the reason for my future purchases for anything Staples my mother and or I will be returning. Thanks Lou and thank you Staples!

I was in Staples Store in Annapolis,.MD and was assisted by two young men who work in the UPS and Printing Department. Their names are Eric and Steve. I was quite impressed by the professionalism way they handled their.job and was honest with me about mailing my package. That it may cost me a little more than going to the Post Office. I was pressed for time I didn't mind paying a little extra to get my package sent. Please see that these young men get Praise they deserve for a job well done.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Staples. I was looking at office desks and discovered this one desk's "Sale" was a blatant lie, and there was no effort in hiding the fact. Even if I wanted to buy the desk, I only saw one associate, and they weren't working the cash register where people were lining up. I've been to this store many times over the last few decades, but I don't think I'll be coming back.

I typically order business cards online for same-day pickup at this location. The past 2 orders, I've selected same-day pickup and they've called asking if they can send it to their production facility and it'd be ready within 2-3 days. Typically, it hasn't been urgent enough to warrant making their lives harder, so I agree and pickup later.My business ran out due to a busy weekend so I ordered same-day again, and was met with the same phone call asking to send it to a production facility. I called back to ask if it could be held to the original same-day timeline this time, and the man on the phone very curtly / rudely said it would be done today and hung up on me.I received an email a few hours later stating my order was ready for pickup, so headed to this location where I was met by the person who originally called me. He stated that I didn't give him enough time and the order was only partially ready and that I could come back for the rest.It seems like the staff here don't communicate very well. Nor do they care to be friendly customer service representatives. I'll probably be ordering from another company moving forward to save myself the headache and wasted time.

Would have been 5 star, but ran into a HUGE issue! I needed a job done ASAP - 5 tri-folded, full color brochures. I did the entire process online using the Staples website. The process of uploading my brochure design, viewing the proofs - it was relatively easy. The hardest part was re-designing my old brochures to meet Staples' specs. As advertised, orders placed before 2 were ready the same day. The brochures looked great - once I finally got them! The issue is with the website. There was a new option to have a courier deliver the job, and I could even choose the time frame, for 'only' $14.99. I thought that was a bargain! What the website doesn't mention is that the courier is not part of Staples' service. The courier is a third party. Staples has no control over who the courier is, when they pick up the order, or even their contact info. My brochures were supposed to be delivered by 4 pm on Tuesday (9/26) - nope! I didn't know that the courier was a third party until I called the store on Wednesday asking about my order. THEY asked ME what courier I used? When I explained that I didn't know - I thought it was their courier - well, it caused a lot of confusion. After going back and forth, I was advised that if I really need my brochures right away, my best option would be to come in and pick up the package myself as they couldn't tell me who was coming, when they were coming, or even IF they were coming. I was out of time and needed the brochures THAT SECOND and went in to Staples - only to find that I JUST missed the courier who had finally picked up the order. By the time I got home, it had been delivered to my door. I still don't know what courier was used! Anyway, do the old-fashioned. If you need your print job the same day, go pick it up yourself. Otherwise, just have it shipped. I'm too flustered to remember the names of the two gentlemen who helped me on 9/27. But they were pleasant and understanding of my frustration. My brochures looked good and, even as I'm sitting here typing out this review, waiting on a shipping company to deliver these brochures cross country. Would I use Staples printing services again? Yes.

UPS Drop Off. I am a regular at this location. The customer service is usually great. This particular day a person was working, and he was very rude, I said hello, he did not speak, I said thank you, and he completely ignored me and basically threw the receipt at me once my package was scanned.
