I was very disappointed with my visit to Staples. I was looking at office desks and discovered this one desk's "Sale" was a blatant lie, and there was no effort in hiding the fact. Even if I wanted to buy the desk, I only saw one associate, and they weren't working the cash register where people were lining up. I've been to this store many times over the last few decades, but I don't think I'll be coming back.

I typically order business cards online for same-day pickup at this location. The past 2 orders, I've selected same-day pickup and they've called asking if they can send it to their production facility and it'd be ready within 2-3 days. Typically, it hasn't been urgent enough to warrant making their lives harder, so I agree and pickup later.My business ran out due to a busy weekend so I ordered same-day again, and was met with the same phone call asking to send it to a production facility. I called back to ask if it could be held to the original same-day timeline this time, and the man on the phone very curtly / rudely said it would be done today and hung up on me.I received an email a few hours later stating my order was ready for pickup, so headed to this location where I was met by the person who originally called me. He stated that I didn't give him enough time and the order was only partially ready and that I could come back for the rest.It seems like the staff here don't communicate very well. Nor do they care to be friendly customer service representatives. I'll probably be ordering from another company moving forward to save myself the headache and wasted time.

Would have been 5 star, but ran into a HUGE issue! I needed a job done ASAP - 5 tri-folded, full color brochures. I did the entire process online using the Staples website. The process of uploading my brochure design, viewing the proofs - it was relatively easy. The hardest part was re-designing my old brochures to meet Staples' specs. As advertised, orders placed before 2 were ready the same day. The brochures looked great - once I finally got them! The issue is with the website. There was a new option to have a courier deliver the job, and I could even choose the time frame, for 'only' $14.99. I thought that was a bargain! What the website doesn't mention is that the courier is not part of Staples' service. The courier is a third party. Staples has no control over who the courier is, when they pick up the order, or even their contact info. My brochures were supposed to be delivered by 4 pm on Tuesday (9/26) - nope! I didn't know that the courier was a third party until I called the store on Wednesday asking about my order. THEY asked ME what courier I used? When I explained that I didn't know - I thought it was their courier - well, it caused a lot of confusion. After going back and forth, I was advised that if I really need my brochures right away, my best option would be to come in and pick up the package myself as they couldn't tell me who was coming, when they were coming, or even IF they were coming. I was out of time and needed the brochures THAT SECOND and went in to Staples - only to find that I JUST missed the courier who had finally picked up the order. By the time I got home, it had been delivered to my door. I still don't know what courier was used! Anyway, do the old-fashioned. If you need your print job the same day, go pick it up yourself. Otherwise, just have it shipped. I'm too flustered to remember the names of the two gentlemen who helped me on 9/27. But they were pleasant and understanding of my frustration. My brochures looked good and, even as I'm sitting here typing out this review, waiting on a shipping company to deliver these brochures cross country. Would I use Staples printing services again? Yes.

UPS Drop Off. I am a regular at this location. The customer service is usually great. This particular day a person was working, and he was very rude, I said hello, he did not speak, I said thank you, and he completely ignored me and basically threw the receipt at me once my package was scanned.

Generally fair for office supplies, but they just charged me $42 to fax 20 pages and then I had to stand there and wait almost 20 minutes to get the confirmation. I'll never use their office services again.

Had a rush order for event posters and signage, and decided to check out Staples. They offered all the services, professionalism and quality of the big print shops. What puts them ahead of the competition is AMAZING customer service (thanks Nathan and Connor!!) and same-day service!!

Maurice went above and beyond. My husband was looking for a computer chair and was having trouble finding the best one. We tried online shopping but he needed a bigger chair. Maurice assisted us through the products and my husband is now comfortable at his desk with a new chair. Thank Maurice!! You are just an overall great dude.

Connor is the absolute best. I have PTSD and when I say he brought me so much peace with his calming spirit. I would have thought this guy had a major in Counseling services. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic. This is the only Staples I come to because of my experience with him.

The gentlemen at the printing services desk were all so friendly, and even offered to cut all of my invitations that I had printed there when I was already expecting to have to cut them all myself. It was such a huge help and saved me so much time, very appreciated.

This store seems to be a slightly better shopping experience than others. Ended up finding deals on a computer desk and chair by hovering daily online then using the store price match for online pricing to get the discount. In the instance with the chair store pricing was even better and proved to be a better deal than other options. One store clerk in particular was very helpful even after like my forth time asking questions then leaving without buying anything. Fifth time I picked it up though ? Guess the point here is give them a look.

This is by far the BEST Staples I’ve ever visited! everyone was Super Friendly, the store was clean and well organized, and the customer service was Amazing! I especially appreciated Marianna & Steve from the Print Department! My daughter’s birthday invitations came out Beautifully, and they even offered me a complimentary cutting service! I truly could not have asked for a better customer experience! Thank you! ?

Lenovo is one of the last IT companies that are doing business as usual with Russia. The Beijing based company seems to be a-ok with IT support to war criminals. Just say no to Lenovo everybody.
