Truist provides an exceptional experience with amazing and great customer service. The staff is so friendly, nice, and accommodating. The new management has improved operations immensely, creating a positive and respectful environment. The drive-thru is fast and efficient, and there is often no wait. Clerks and bankers are professional, take their time, and go above and beyond to help customers understand and manage their finances.

This is my favorite and only branch i’ll go to anymore. Everyone is so nice & accommodating & i love how fast and efficient the drive thru is now a days, it really makes my experience way more enjoyable and quick. Keep it up!
