My door says no solicitations and do not knock or ring the bell. Your guy clearly doesn't read it when he rings the doorbell and gets my dogs wound up especially if I'm home working.

Awful! The customer service is nill. The guy who sold this service to me was available when he wanted me to buy it, but he’s not available for any problems. The chat people do not resolve issues. The call back never happens. I am repeatedly charged for services I never used and canceled repeatedly. I have even been charged for a phone that was supposed to be free. I’ve even attempted to cancel multiple times and there’s always some nonsense error preventing me from it. There is not supposed to be stress as part of my bundle. But I’m getting stressed with a side of Internet and charges for streaming and for a free phone. I cannot in good conscience. Recommend this company to anyone for anything

They don't have enough people or knowledgeable people to take care of you when you go there it's too long of a wait time I simply went there to get an upgraded box for my TV and wanted extra remotes which they said they did not have

I would give zero stars if that was an option. This place is woefully understaffed and routinely has a line and crowd size that no one is able to effectively manage. It is also an absurd policy that you have to wait in a long queue to simply drop off old equipment that’s functioning properly. I have wasted a quarter of my day here and will be actively pursuing other internet provider options. Avoid this store like the plague unless you love waiting and wasting your time!

Xfinity Mobile is an abomination!
Let me start by saying that I started my attempt to enroll in Xfinity Mobile very favorably disposed toward Comcast/Xfinity. I’ve been a cable subscriber for more than 40 years and have found the product and people prompt, professional, and fair. Unfortunately, my experience with Xfinity mobile was the opposite. Moreover, it wasn’t the people, it was the Xfinity mobile system itself that was an absolute abomination.
All I wanted to do was import a phone number from Xfinity cable to my phone. I spent hours six hours on the phone with people at multiple levels at Xfinity, including four hours with Corporate Escalations. It didn’t make one bit of difference. No matter how many times my wonderful helper (Cynthia R walks on water) fixed the problem, within days the system had cycled me back to the wrong number and disconnected me from the network.
I finally gave up and cancelled the service. To preserve your sanity, Avoid Xfinity Mobile like the Plague.

Took forever just to return our old box. Several of us were here waiting, talking about how they should just have a drop off box for returns and how inconvenient this is, when a worker rudely told us we could just drop it off at a UPS store. That was what we wanted to do instead of driving all the way out here, but the instructions from Xfinity were extremely unhelpful and told us to bring it to a store. 0/10

I can with no reservation say this was by far the worst customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. No where to sign in no greater. At least 3 associates were having a good old time laughing and joking all the while watching me stand there. It is not surprising the number of one star reviews. No doubt nothing will change at the store. DEI is alive and well at the store.

This like the rest of Comcast is poorly managed completely understand I went in employees said they were always understaffed and not treated well the wait was over an hour just to drop off the Comcast equipment that I had I wasn't doing anything but dropping off equipment
