Great service, I was helped by Kennard. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we wanted and was kind and helpful all throughout our time there. Would definitely recommend him and the store.

The associate was friendly and helpful from the get go. But my voice modem, for which I have been paying them for year, apparently wasn't provided by Comcast. Very frustrating! Store was very busy for what I expected before noon on a Tuesday. Parking lot was filled

Alex did an incredible job transferring my 3 lines over to Xfinity Mobile. He gave me his personal number and helped me in the store, as well as from home. He was able to workout several obstacles with no problem. True professional and I highly recommend.

This location was fine. Comcast as a provider, negative 10 stars. After 8 years of service, my bill slowly crept up to $190/month and I only had standard definition, and 40 channels. I called several times to work out a new price but no luck. Finally switched to Verizon, and wow! Better quality, better price and faster internet. Don’t waste any more time/money with these clowns.

I got a phone here and activation took 36 days and 4 separate trips to the store (each of which took several hours). They were charging our account over $700 for a phone they told me was free. Each time I was told the phone would start working in a couple days and it never did. The store manager gave me his number and then never returned any of my calls. I was finally so tired of them being unable to activate the phone that I asked to return it as I no longer wished to switch to xfinity, but they refused because this process had taken over 30 days. I had to call my dad to come to the store because the employees refused to help me. He was able to convince an employee to call the manager and get my phone working after 3 hours in the store. I am still upset because I really just wanted a refund after all this trouble and now I'm stuck working with xfinity. This was the worst customer experience of my entire life and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
