βI've basically grown up in Wegmans so this one was really interesting for me, The fact they sell 0.5% abv drinks without carding is wild to me.
But even wilder is that they sell alcohol on the top level, I'm not used to that but it's pretty cool.β
βWent to this store and amazed how clean it is, well organized, prices on point. Definitely made my shopping experience stress free. This store is not advertised enough in the sorrounding area the owner should, I did not know this Kohls existed near me until I googled it.β
βThe technician came in ( put on protective covers on his shoes) an quickly identified the issue I was having with my stovetop. He quickly fixed it and left. We are happy to have all the burners back! Great job!β

βVery useful store for a bunch of incidental things to fill a home with. Picture frames, decorations, whatever - itβs in the name, βHome Goods,β right? The shopping center location is easy to enter and exit as well.β
βI only didn't love it because of huge line . I stood for a full hour to pay but then it was close to Christmas so that was kind of expected. I love the prices and stuff they got . Nice people working there( just maybe not enuf of them)β

They treat their customers with respect and always willing to help. They really care about their staff as well and you can tell with how engaged the staff was and willing to help!β

I looked at a few racks, but got discouraged by the disarray. I wish it was better sorted. I did continue to look around and bought a few other things, but left without any clothingβ

βI just want to review Optical Center at this location. In April Jesse helped me to find beautiful frames. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready in a week. Today I brought my son. He helped him to find nice frames for his prescription glasses. Their prices are much more affordable than other places. Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding service!β

βEasy to access parking lot , the staff were friendly , the store was not crowded at all for after work βrush hourβ time. They had everything I needed and the prices are great! I would patronize this Costco again !β
βIt's a BIG discount store, so some days are hit or miss with finding quality items.
It's usually organized well.
They usually have a good selection for small children.
They have a school uniform section.
I get plug in air freshener refills and expensive brand lotion for cheap out of here. The scents are limited most days though.
They no longer have a public restroom which is SUPER inconvenient. In a store like that where you can spend a while searching through clothes, a bathroom should be available. Especially for children. Not like it's an "in & out" kinda place.
I go here often. Prices are going to everywhere, even here. But it's still cheaper than the regular stores.β
βI recently visited the Kohlβs store in Ellicott City, and overall, I had a great shopping experience. The store was clean, well-lit, and organized, with clearly marked sections for womenβs, menβs, kidsβ, and home goods. Everything was easy to find.
The staff was friendly and helpful. One associate even walked me over to the jeans section and helped me find the right size. They had a good variety of brands, including Leviβs and Sonoma. The fitting rooms were spacious and clean, though there was a short wait during peak hours.
One thing I really liked was the deals and discounts. I downloaded the Kohlβs app at the checkout counter and got an extra 20% off my total. Their return policy is also very flexible, which is great if something doesnβt fit.
The parking lot is large and generally safe, although it gets a bit crowded in evenings. If you're looking for quality clothing, shoes, or home decor at reasonable prices, Kohlβs is definitely worth checking out. I recommend downloading their app before you shop to take full advantage of 20% off, ongoing sales, and promotions.β

βThis is my wife's favorite store to go. With all variety of goods she may spend hours there. And yesterday we received the best customer service ever. The associate named Raj went above and beyond helping us loading our item to our car. We had some trouble loading it and I was about to return the item. Raj tried different ways to load and then came up with a brilliant approach. He spent good deal of time helping us and provided caution advices for our trip home. We really appreciate your help!β

βIβd love to give a shout out to General Manager, Trisha Williams and the staff at the Pratt Street Marshalls.! Not only is this location the friendliest; itβs clean, welcoming and filled with amazing picks! Aside from that, Iβve got a little story that holds true to the genuineness of Trisha. My friends and I were visiting from MI last week and stopped in very close to their closing time. The staff was diligently preparing for the days end and the store was fairly busy. In a very short time, I had misplaced my purse. After looking ourselves, we told Trisha and she and her staff immediately added this search to their busy evening priorities. Needless to say, my panic had set in. She assured us they would continue looking and would call us with an outcome. Fifteen minutes later, my friend got her call, it was found. Upon returning, I was met with her warm, heartfelt smile and a huge hug. We saw/did many things on our Baltimore vacation but this encounter by far will stay in my heart.
The time that Trisha and her staff invested in this meant so much.
I hope that Marshallβs can recognize them and be proud of her their character. They truly represented themselves with integrity as well as, Marshalls.β

βThe five guys closing crew on security blvd were amazing on Sunday May 26!! I came in at 953p and they greeted me with smiles and courtesy. I saw them work as a team to quicken my visit. They were extremely helpful with anything I needed. It was as if I hadnβt just walked in 7 mins before closing! They did not show any annoyance once so ever! Thank you all for generosity and outstanding customer service toward me and my family!β

βI do most of my non-grocery shopping at Marshallβs and have lived all over the country. This is the nicest, highest-end Marshallβs I have ever visited, and prices are still the Marshallβs prices you expect. Many more brand names in active wear, shoes, and clothes than is typical. Very solid outdoor/home goods selection. Impressive perfume selection and brand name skin care. Very good selection of kitchen appliances. Friendly cashiers and staff. My spouse had to drag me out of the store after I had covered only a third of it in an hour. This will be my new store going forward.β
βFind good deals here and feel safe shopping, the security staff is young handsome and professional. They're watching the store instead of on their cell phones.β

βThis is one of my favorite stores, so for that I won't go on to leave a bad review. I like how they always have such a large selection of pans, bathroom things, candles, hair accessories and so on. I came in today though, and the line was very long. I feel they should hire more people. They've always had such great deals when it came to things in this store, but the wait times for checking out should not be as long as they wereβ
βI ended up at my local Glen Burnie store and didnβt have my wallet. The local customer service is always on point.
Iβm grateful that they knew me and they helped me through the check out process with my Tractor Supply membership account.

βThis store is located in a mini mall shopping area next door to Ulta, target and some restaurants. Anyways, this is actually the first five below that doesn't say
"welcome in". It's noticeable if you're an out of towner like me. Also, this location (not sure if it's a Baltimore thing) doesn't provide bags for free. If you require a bag, you have to pay for a paper one. This location also doesn't have self checkout and there's only 1 person behind the register who moves slowly, so the wait time can be rather long. Lastly, there's an on going message on the radio/loudspeaker that cautions against shoplifting rather than playing music. Lol it's just a different store.β
βThe customer service at this store on the first shift Tymeka was excellent. I had no issues and the inquiries that I had was satisfied. The store was clean and it was a pleasant atmosphere.β

βIt's Walmart. I've been all over this great nation of ours and some Walmart's are better than others. I use this one because of proximity. That's the only reason. The staff is friendly but it's hard to find things and find prices. Expect to spend as much time in the check out line as you do shopping. So breathe , relax and wait patiently.β
