“Our family loves their sale items as well as their kitchen items. The baking pans, cupcake pans, they had a great selection of sizes in cast iron frying pans. The larger sizes in mens clothing size 3x & up go really fast! You may snag a 2x at least & they have all the other sizes. Get familiar with the store & you'll locate items quickly. Gey there early & you may avoid long lines when they are busy like on holidays, big sales events & weekends. You can direct all questions to any cashier, they were knowledgeable & polite.”
“I only didn't love it because of huge line . I stood for a full hour to pay but then it was close to Christmas so that was kind of expected. I love the prices and stuff they got . Nice people working there( just maybe not enuf of them)”

“Well they have 2 floors, which I did not know and on the first floor doesn't indicate this very important notice, outside the building is not the best part of the city, however inside you find everything you need from the best brands and a very Nice and helpful Lady cashier on the 2nd floor. ? “Walmart in Baltimore County is much better and cleaner. Items in stock is well organized and easy to find and the employees are respectful and professional when doing their jobs. The only problem I have is whenever I apply for a job position here or the one on Washington Blvd, the HR department never view my applications. Be nice if I had a chance to be part of the company success but I guess it's not my time yet.. Other than that all is good. ?”

“This used to be a store called Amway which was like a mini Walmart. I frequently shop here since it has been converted to Shoppers World.The staff is very personable, helpful and friendly. They are also extremely hardworking. I have never gone into this store and noticed any employees just kicking the breeze. One of the managers, Ms Wendy, is just the best. Always ready to make small conversation and discuss store related things.What I really like most about this store is the layout and design. It is super easy to find what you are looking for. There is just enough merchandise to satisfy your shopping needs and Not feel overwhelmed by too much selection.The clothing is very good quality and absolutely affordable. In the summertime, they offer really nice summer sandals but you have to get there early or they sell out quickly.The housewares section is fantastic! Quality, price and selection combined.There is ample parking out front. And I always get compliments on my clothing!”

“I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”

“The staff here are amazing. Here is an example of how incredible the staff is. My father had a syncope episode in their store today. The staff immediately responded, calling 911 and facilitating the job of the first responders. When EMS took him, he left behind his phone and glasses. They kept his items safe and when I called they told me to come pick them up and they kept asking about him and making sure he was feeling better. There are really kind people who work in this store, and I have no doubt that they use this same kindness in their interactions with their customers.”
