“Well they have 2 floors, which I did not know and on the first floor doesn't indicate this very important notice, outside the building is not the best part of the city, however inside you find everything you need from the best brands and a very Nice and helpful Lady cashier on the 2nd floor. ? “I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”
“Walmart in Baltimore County is much better and cleaner. Items in stock is well organized and easy to find and the employees are respectful and professional when doing their jobs. The only problem I have is whenever I apply for a job position here or the one on Washington Blvd, the HR department never view my applications. Be nice if I had a chance to be part of the company success but I guess it's not my time yet.. Other than that all is good. ?”
“There are 3 family dollars in my area. This is my preferred store. Always clean, well stocked and the associates are friendly with good customer service. The only thing is the company should work on fixing the air conditioning it’s pretty hot in there sometimes which makes it uncomfortable while trying to shop I don’t see how the associates tolerate it.”

There's also always enough employees so there's never a huge line. The employees there are also very helpful and friendly they make you feel like family. “you have an employee that cleans up the parking lot at night? Not the wonderful Rob but an overweight, white guy on more than one occasion late at night I've seen him carry out merchandise from the store and put it in his truck at around 12 midnight to 1 o'clock! Always ducking and weaving. He brings a lot of attention to himself as an idiot.”
“I love going to the dollar store and every Saturday they have $5 off your total as long as your total comes up to $25 you will get that $5 off and the coupon is at the bottom of your receipt”

“This location I find to be the best one in local area. It is always heavy on stock and light on customers. Security and controlled entry at front. Store is always organized and home goods , clothing and kids are always overflowing with items. I check here before I venture to other locations. Never had an issue with lines or people on this store”
“The staff here are amazing. Here is an example of how incredible the staff is. My father had a syncope episode in their store today. The staff immediately responded, calling 911 and facilitating the job of the first responders. When EMS took him, he left behind his phone and glasses. They kept his items safe and when I called they told me to come pick them up and they kept asking about him and making sure he was feeling better. There are really kind people who work in this store, and I have no doubt that they use this same kindness in their interactions with their customers.”

“I want to compliment all the employees at this store, especially the ones stocking the shelves. It is rare to find a store that has organized shelves with labels facing towards the customers. This is one of the only stores I have ever seen that does that. It was an absolutely amazing experience. I'll definitely be back if I find myself on this side of town. Keep up you guys. “Have visited this Walmart 3 times since I've moved 2 weeks ago, I love the superstores, where I moved from I had to travel a distance for a super center......today I went to purchase a tv, and 2 wall brackets to hang......the one I just brought and another that I brought the week before, I brought the hisence 50" model and the tcl 43" model, both pictures are excellent, will definitely be shopping here often.”
“It was fairly decent but many items could be purchased cheaper elsewhere which kind of defeats the purpose of "dollar store" shopping. Had some good products on the clearance shelves so sort of made up for the items. Staff was friendly and helpful”
