I got a video of the progress on my car from one of the best techs around Mr. Tom Turner, I have aftermarket wheels and he did not scratch them at all and the car drove like a dream after the work was complete. 10/10 Experience.”

“I had an excellent experience with Auto Sense Auto Services in Millersville, MD. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, I called about a tire repair after rolling over a nail and spoke with Hailey. She immediately advised me to drop off my car and assured me they’d work on it as soon as possible.
Since it was too cold to walk home, Hailey offered their transport service for customers within a 10‑mile radius — which worked out perfectly. I dropped my car off around 10:15 a.m., completed a little paperwork, and their driver courteously drove me home. By 3:15 p.m., Hailey called to let me know my car was ready and arranged for the driver to pick me up.
The driver was professional and polite, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff treated me like family. My car ran perfectly after the repair, and the tire was fixed without issue. To my surprise, Hailey even included a coffee mug, a Yankee Candle air freshener, and placed my keys on their personalized keychain — such a thoughtful touch!
If you ever need auto service in the Millersville or Glen Burnie area, I highly recommend Auto Sense Auto Services.”
“I stopped by when a friend recommended Tony's after a dealership stated my entire exhaust system needed replaced and quoted me an outrageous price. The staff at Tony's had eyes on my car not long after arriving and stated that the dealership had exaggerated the condition of my exhaust. “Great service! I was able to make a same day appointment. After looking at several places that offer transmission services, Midas was the only place I found that offered transmission fluid flush instead of just fluid change.
Apr 2025 update: just realized when I got my tires rotated at my most recent visit they didn't reset the TPMS sensors so my tires don't match the pressure displayed on my dashboard. Left and right front are actually the rear :(”

“The owner/specialist is a master craftstman!!! Had a dent on the plate above the driver side door handle. And took the car to different shops and everyone said the whole door needs to come out and the dent cant be fixed so easily because it's double plated, blah blah blah... Russ took a look at and said he will get it done in couple of hours and he did phenomenal work. I am extremely happy with the work and the cost. Absolutely recommended.”

I made the trip from Charlotte to Crownsville on Sat. with all kinds of brake problems .. on Monday I started trying to find help but every shop was busy .I finally got in touch with Austin of Baltimore Annapolis Truck and Auto who also was very busy . However he made time for me. Austin @ Paul were very knowledgeable @ professional and got me ready for the trip back very quickly Thank you Austin !”

Came in for a flat tire, they had the lowest rate around town for a patch up ($15-$25). They got to work on my car fast and showed me it came up with bubbles - so I’d have to get a new tire.
Discussed options and dates, and unfortunately timing-wise I couldn’t make it work. But they were still happy to redirect me to Mr.Tire or other shops that would better suit my needs.

“I went to B&A today when I started smelling burning oil in my car. I had my spark plugs replaced the day before at a Jiffy Lube. Jeff immediately helped me diagnose the problem, called Jiffy Lube to explain what was wrong, and gave me a detailed plan of what I should do next. He helped me get my car towed to Jiffy Lube, and communicate with them so that I would not be charged more than I had already paid. I will be going to Jeff at B&A for any of my future car problems”
