WORST USPS! LITERALLY STAPLED MY PASSPORT WHEN IT WASNT EVEN NEEDED IT TO GET MY CHILDS PASSPORT, I WAS JUST BEING RACIALLY PROFILE BY THIS LADY.

Horrible customer service and bad attitudes. These employees are so rude and want to be difficult over the simplest things plus common sense. I don’t understand why some people behave like this but I already know why they’re just miserable and not happy with themselves.

This post office and Annapolis Maryland post office has cost me hundreds of dollars lost because the postal worker delivered my packages to the wrong address while I was away at work ! Did not get a refund, because it shows as delivered. What a headache and money lost at my expense !
