I want to commend the Verizon representative Bakari I spoke with. Even though my issue couldn’t be resolved due to company limitations, he made every effort to help. He was patient, professional, and clearly did everything in his power to find a solution. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely tries, especially when the situation is out of their control. I appreciate his effort and want to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I had bought my mom a new phone on-line and we needed it to be set up. I called the store and Brendan Holt answered right away and said that it was a good time to come in. He met us at the door and welcomed us in. He was able to provide us a new phone set-up service, which was quick and easy. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience for us. We were on our way in just under an hour. Thank you, Brendan! Best of luck to you.

God bless Daryl! My parents were having billing issues mom couldn’t get resolved over the phone, so she went to the store for help and Daryl was so patient, kind and amazing with her, I almost kissed him!
Daryl did some inquiries on his end, then got a billing rep on the phone to assist her.
Something I need to share about my mom, she’s almost 80 and gets loud, angry and impatient when it comes to call reps and technology. I was in town working (I live in DE) and decided to drive to the store to see if I could be of assistance. I ended up taking over the call with the rep and everything was done to initiate an investigation into the matter.
Mom walked out of there delighted and relieved. Now, I can’t comment on what it would have been like to work with any of the other in-store reps, simply because I didn’t. But, I’d go back to this store and specifically request for and wait for Daryl if I needed anything in the future! What an awesome guy and employee!

Garland and Logan were outstanding!!!! Went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with our broken phone. Highly recommend this location. I remember Garland from other visits here as well and he is very personable and just is great with customer service. Met Logan for the first time and he made sure we were all set and everything was taken care of!

Worked with Marquise Williams to get a new iPhone for my daughter for Christmas. He was clearly a subject matter expert and a pleasure to deal with. I normally go to the Severna Park store, but they're always under staffed. If you need to address something with you Verizon account go see Marquise.

Worst storefront I have been to, waited an hour with no one ahead of me, received no update from any of the employees on how long it would be. If you’re going to wait over an hour, atleast letting the person know instead of “we will be with you as soon as we can” even an automated waiting queue can manage that

Jake Darling did a great job to explain the progress to obtain and set up a new Z6 Samsung cell phone. He was very detailed and explained the contract throughly. He is very contentious and made sure I was a satisfied custermer through Verizon. Thanks to Jake I'm very happy with my new Z6.

Gabriel single handedly save my life. This was a last ditch attempt at fixing my phone and I have no idea how he did it but phone is now fully working. Sat with me for 40 mins and tried everything. Can’t say thanks enough ?

Just needed my esim activated because I’d gotten a replacement phone from Apple. I could not remember my pin and the representative ALTON told me there was nothing he could do from that point. I then advised him I worked as a manager and then a district manager for 3 years at Verizon and you can bypass. He said because it’s Victra they cannot. I understood and recommended click to call or calling into care. He verbatim said “we don’t have phones in the store anymore and I’m NOT calling from my phone.” Respectfully I left, and have to wait 15 hours just to have my phone activated now (they were closing in a hour, he made it very clear) but you have to do better, what’s the point of having a store.

Great experience at the Arnold location. David was very knowledgable and helpful in walking us through the new phone purchase —- going out of his way to explain phone details and even reviewing our current plan. We got a new iphone and ended up saving some $ on a revised monthly plan. And a couple weeks later, he sent a follow-up email to check if we had any issues or questions. Exceptional customer service.

I'm sharing a great experience I had with Jake D. at Verizon arnold station store. From the moment I walked into the store, he was kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I received the products I wanted by even driving to another store to pick them up. While we were finalizing the upgrades, he found additional savings that I could take advantage of to save my family money. Thank you again, Jake!
