Was seeking a kiosk machine to pay my monthly bill. There was no kiosk machine, one of the representatives entered my payment thru his desktop computer fast and efficient.

Worked with Marquise Williams to get a new iPhone for my daughter for Christmas. He was clearly a subject matter expert and a pleasure to deal with. I normally go to the Severna Park store, but they're always under staffed. If you need to address something with you Verizon account go see Marquise.
