I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Dimetric Devy. He was quick to assist with setting up my new phone and transferring data from my old phone in half the time I have experienced in the past at other cellular stores. The store is located in Arnold Station on the lower level. It is a spacious clean atmosphere with many options for cellular service. Thank you Mr. Devy!

Worked with Bobbie Ingram on 3/4. She was so patient as we were not sure of some information she needed. She had to call another office, waited on hold for about 15 minutes. Her customer service was outstanding!!!

I was working with Travis recently, and he was the biggest help in getting me a new device and setting up service with Verizon. Everyone there was very well dressed, kind, and overall super friendly. I highly recommend this place, and can’t wait to visit again!!!

I had a terrible experience here, George Delgado lied to me, offered me promotions, promised discounts because I have been a customer for many years,nad after that they are charge me for everything! I will definitely never use Verizon again because of this behavior!

I went to this Verizon store this afternoon. I was greeted by Bobbie Ingram.I had issues with billing, and she worked tirelessly to resolve it. Bobbie had great patience , and even set up Verizon faceID for me, as I didn't have it on my app.Additionally, I had questions about international travel and calls, and Bobbie answered all my concerns. She came up with the best and most cost-effective manner of using my phone while away.She also went over upgrading my phone, with absolutely no pressure. Bobbie did this because I inquired about it.Bobbie spent well over an hour with me, and always assured me that anything I asked was not a problem.Great custoner service is hard to find these days, but I found someone who is outstanding in her field!

We came in for a new iPhone but left with a new phone, Apple watch, an improved plan, and a lower monthly payment. Ryan pursued all issues to get us maximum savings and best features for the plan.

Verizon said they could get me an Apple Watch by trading in my old Apple Watch that was broken and get $185 off (and I asked do I still get $185 off if my watch is broken and they said yes) and then they said I have to pay the $185 a few days later once the Watch came into the store which was such a scam.

I have been to several Verizon stores and it's hit or miss with customer service. I have received decent service before, but never exceptional until I came to this store.Elijah Roberts was the first employee that I met. It was actually a few minutes after their closing time, however he saw me through the glass and came out to help me anyway. He was very patient considering he was off work, and seemed to genuinely care about helping me.The next time I came to this location I needed help transferring my content from one phone to another. Frank Zapushek greeted me first and assisted me right away. We encountered a few complications, but he didn't give up on me. As Frank was helping me with my phone I began chatting with the other employee by the name Madison Bufford. I explained to her my frustration with the phone and she took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Both Frank and Madison made me feel very welcome and validated in my frustration. They were professional, however very pleasant and personable as well.The next and last time I went in for trouble setting up email and I was greeted by Elijah again. I didn't mention to him that he had previously helped me before, and he treated me with the exact same kindness. I also watched as he treated everyone else in the store with the same courteousness and respect.I realize that these employees make most their income off of sales, but you wouldn't know it by how they each took the time to help everyone. They showed genuine compassion for each customer and were extremely patient.Customer service goes a long way with me, and unfortunately seems hard to find more recently. These employees made me a customer for life. Thank you Elijah, Frank, and Madison for making me feel at home and taking the time to help me so thoroughly.

I had a MAJOR problem pairing my new Pixel 6 to my TruHearing and Signa hearing aids which could not be fixed at another (Severna Park) Verizon store or the Beltone (Pasadena) hearing aid store. If you have a problem with ANY Android or Apple phone go to the Varizon store in Arnold and ask for Madison and Dennasia. They are GREAT! ✌️??

I can't say enough about the can-do help offered by Dennasia Hagans and her colleagues Mike and Dorian at this non-corporate Verizon store in Arnold, MD. She/they tried to find the best new android phone options and plan adjustments. And when those efforts led to corporate Verizon making un-authorized changes to our plan resulting in $150 of additional charges on our last bill, Dennasia in particular slayed the dragons at Corporate, which had refused to acknowledge and correct their error in my many foiled attempts to do that myself. Smart, persistent, unflappable--that was Dennasia in getting job done for a long-time Verizon customer who had otherwise been treated badly by Verizon Corporate. Thanks Dennasia--and Mike and Dorian! I will continue to do all my Verizon business at this store.

Madison was so helpful on two visits after I purchased an iPhone. Today she was able to fix all the issues on the phone. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You are lucky to have her in your store
