The passport photo’s I was provided with will not pass because of the shadows, changing of background color, trimming of person’s outline, lines across the background, and other alterations from computer software. The passport agency website clearly states any of these changes will not be allowed. Walgreens said that’s the only way they can do it which doesn’t make sense since they have a computer program that says the photo will pass even with all of these flaws. It seems the program they use on site contradicts what is on the passport agencies website. The photo I provided is the second time we tried to take the pictures. Notice the background color is not white, there are big time lines in the background, there is head trimming, and a serious shadow.

Was picking up my prescriptions (Kat Holmes) at this pharmacy today around 4:15 pm and I witnessed both of the pharmacy technicians being extremely patient with older customers that just couldn’t understand that they could not get the refill before it’s time, that a signature was required and that the amount that is charged has to do with their insurance. We had two lines due to the amount of customers and while we watched and waited for these older individuals to question, be impatient, confused and finish at the counter, I was very impressed that Jordan, who waited on me and the other technician, younger and I believe glasses (?), both female, were patient, kind and didn’t miss a beat with the next customers. Thank you!

Sadly I agree with the horrible reviews. Just a joke what they put you through. It's not all on them, as insurance companies make it more and more confusing and don't communicate with you or them about changes. BUT, omg to be looked at stone cold in face and be told you are wrong/lying about something you've been taking for 20 years. Every month they screw up something, and that is all on them. My fav? being told the automated system you have to use and that always gives you false ready notices they have nothing to do with.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the area. Every single time they find some reason to deny filling a prescription, one time they even lied and said my son’s physician said not to fill it! I am forever needing to call my insurance company and doctors’ offices to have them call and verify prescriptions. Try calling the pharmacy itself and after an hour you may be lucky enough to get someone to answer, but don’t expect a credible response.

Walgreens at 1230 Bay Dale Drive Arnold was a pleasure to shop in this morning, beginning with a gracious welcome by Michelle at the check-out counter, then the impression of bright cleanliness of the store, and including ease in finding what I was looking for. Bravo, Walgreens Arnold!

There is always a problem. I arrived to pick up y medication at the directed time. I was asked to return in 30min. One hour later I was told the medication was not available. I returned 3 days later and was told I needed prior authorization. WHAT? Who has this amount of time to waste?

This store has the longest pharmacy wait times of any store I’ve ever visited. Customer service is very low. Try the drive up for picking up your prescriptions at the drive through.

Bought a gift card at Walgreens that don't work. Store error. They didn't activate the card and now the noney cabt be redeemed. I show them the receipt and Walgreens won't activate it, won't refund or give me credit for the purchase. Said their register would be short if they refund me? I paid $100 for a piece of plastic that's worthless.

NEVER EVER buy a gift card from Walgreens! I'm a regular-DAILY shopper at Store #17610. Still no one at the store could help, except to explain their gift card policy.
I purchased a gift card for Lyft $75.00, 2 months ago. I couldn't redeem it so, i went back the same night (15 min max), only to hear that they couldn't help me once I left the store. Walgreens employees/ manager have stated that once you leave the store, it's a vendor issue and to contact Lyft directly. Multiple help sessions and 6 weeks later, Lyft says they see the card isnt activated so it can't be redeemed and that the retailer, Walgreens, is responsible. Both parties see the $75 on the card feom their ends but, since the card isn't activated neither can help me and both continue to say the other is responsible. Neither will refund my $75. I'll take my business elsewhere.
JUST DONT BUY WALGREENS GIFT CARDS because if it doesn't work, their policy is "tough luck" for the customer.
