They are pleasant and understanding. I had to give my cat up, and I needed comfort for me and my daughter. They treated us kind and even let my cat keep her blanket that smelled like home .

I visited this place, it is roomy for animals, has abit sad vibe. I will try to adopt from them when I can. highly recommend. really nice friendly staff.
