It may be too high of an expectation that staff especially managers know how to use the 7/11 app wallet feature. But the man claiming to be tonight evening shift manager was unable or unwilling to try.

This 7-eleven is soooo busy in the morning, however they always have enough staff to get the line going and the cashiers have great customer service. I am always there for their wings in the morning that are so good by the way.
