“I came here too day looking to switch. They have really good deals on all their androids. I prefer iPhones, so I got an iPhone 11. It was under $250 for everything (including my service)!!! I got hbo max and unlimited internet! The girls there definitely know their stuff! They took their time to set up my email and got my hbo max working right away! My kids and I will enjoy watching movies all weekend. I’m one happy camper right now! Definitely recommend this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would lol”

“I intended fill out this out the day I first got service through Metro, but due to personal issues had to factory reset my device within hours of getting it and had to inquire how to do so when I came in again to pay my bill. I honestly can not recall the young lady's name who helped me but she was very friendly and helpful and given I personally have resentments about how not just customer service having grown so poor and automated, but the reality that it doing AI is just very suggestive of our culture and times, such a positive experience I just felt at the very least merited my taking the time to commend it.”
