“Came to this store in New year's eve right before closing. My sister had dropped her phone in water and it would not charge. Alex and Jose were so nice. They cleaned her phone and got it charging again within minutes. They did it with a smile. The store was clean and smelled good. We were very happy to receive great customer service from these young men!”

“I really had an incredible experience shopping here. I know a little about audio equipment, but was certainly hoping for some help choosing an amp and set of speakers for my vinyl turntable. I've been to plenty of other stores where the "customer service" was condescending and tried to upsell me. Soundscape was very different. Ed listened to my needs and budgetary restrictions and gave me several incredible options within these parameters. He was helpful and insightful without being pushy or condescending. We also listened to some really great tunes on really great speakers while I was deciding. This was exactly the experience I needed to make an informed decision and I will return when I'm ready to purchase any more home entertainment audio equipment. I'm testing my new system on Pink Floyd's The Wall right now!”

“I came here too day looking to switch. They have really good deals on all their androids. I prefer iPhones, so I got an iPhone 11. It was under $250 for everything (including my service)!!! I got hbo max and unlimited internet! The girls there definitely know their stuff! They took their time to set up my email and got my hbo max working right away! My kids and I will enjoy watching movies all weekend. I’m one happy camper right now! Definitely recommend this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would lol”

With Agent's Diligence, Still managed to find a Budget-Friendly phone with everything my brother needs to game on it, etc. Did receive a Quality Experience & Quality Items too. “I can't say enough great things about the experience I had in this store today. I worked with Lem. We spent almost 4 hours together. He patiently signed me up for a new phone for my daughter, transferred service from my phone from AT&T, helped set up my new phone and navigated over 2 Apple Watches for my kids. Tech is not my thing, it is my fatal flaw, but Lem was so patient and kind and never made me feel stupid, the way so many young people in these stores often do. He explained everything to me so respectfully. I have been taken advantage of by an AT&T salesperson in the past, and I never once felt that Lem was trying to get one over on me. He is a treasure of an employee. He is the perfect combo of kind, knowledgable and patient. He is a fine young man and I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the employees I've come in contact with on a previous fact-finding visit were so nice. I don't know why I didn't switch from AT&T to T-Mobile long ago. 5 stars!”

“Except for the night guys who spend more time on their phones then working and they don’t cook the food all the way and they are scared of anyone who shows up between 1am and 5 am so they won’t open the door for service except for Uber or DoorDash and god forbid if you cough the small skinny guy jumps and runs away the managers are great though very cool and very nice just the night crew sucks”
