I had full brake replacement front to back on my 2019 glc43 coupe. I was very happy with the outcome. Needless to say Carl is now my favorite mechanic and his work is much appreciated.

Victor, the owner, he's a good guy and very accomodating, James the mechanic, he knows his job, but it'd just one busy Garage and one busy mechanic

Was quoted a price for service, given an appointment time, called a day inadvance to confirm appointment. Showed up on time, waited over an hour mechanic there who quoted me the price and scheduled to appointment said he had someone else coming and they were on their way. I took my business elsewhere.
