“This place is the real deal! I brought my Jeep in after a sideswipe downtown, and the experience has been top-tier from the start.

They got me in promptly for an estimate and even ordered the necessary parts in advance before I dropped the car off. Communication has been excellent—they call every Wednesday with an update, and anytime I’ve called the shop with a question, I’ve been given a prompt and straightforward answer.

The repair is taking a little longer than I originally expected, but I’m thrilled knowing they’re taking the time to get it done right the first time around. I’d much rather have quality work than a rushed repair.

“I purchased a car from this auto place 3 years ago. Great place to purchase a starter car. I had terrible credit when I went there, but Tim and Denny worked with me in getting the car I wanted. This car had a lot of miles on it but it’s still drive me we’re I need to go.They helped me with getting my car insured.I remembered it like it was yesterday I had a week before my bday. My daughter paid my down payment and my oldest granddaughter paid for my insurance, the best bday present ever. My car is paid up as of 11/20/25.I can not leave Miss Stacey out, she collects the payment I was always on time but the last few months she really really looked out for me. Great job y’all . Y’all helped me out with affordable payments, maybe one day I can get another automobile with less money down. “So! I was recommended by a friend to go here and want to recommend to everyone that my experience was as advertised! They don't take appointments, so arrive just before or at 8am when they open for the opportunity of same day service. If not, the later you arrive the better chance it won't be ready until the next business day.

I was quoted at Goodyear for an exhaust leak $1400, as they said the whole thing needed to be replaced. Well, my friend heard that and laughed and pointed me here. They gave me a quick estimate after looking under the vehicle and it was $220! I was blown away. I left the vehicle and three hours later I'm being called to be advised it's ready. When I arrived, no change in price, honesty and great work. They welded my faulty section of the muffler and I was back ob the road with a car that went from sounding like an 18 wheel dump truck to an electric vehicle, which it is not.

My only regret was delaying the repair thinking it would be at least 50% of what the previous shop quoted. These guys handle their biz, to which they'll have mine for the foreseeable future.”

We’ve had multiple times of major work done here from (our very first experience there was engine repair) and also regular yearly maintenance/minor repairs(oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and tune ups) etc. and after each time, our cars not only ran like new but the life of the vehicles extended well beyond its time. You guys trustfully and responsibly price compare parts which is greatly appreciated these days when anything is overly expensive. You make sure to put special focus if cars need major work done and additionally provide a quick day turnaround for minor/yearly maintenance service.

Based on some of the Google reviews, we definitely aren’t specially treated. Your team clearly extend that to EVERYONE as any decent and credible business should. “I really wish I had done an before and after. My first call was accepted by voicemail and was promptly returned in 10 minutes. I left a deposit for my front bumper that needed replacement on a Friday , was told it should be at the shop by Wednesday and it would take 4 days for the repairs and paint to be completed. I dropped my car off at 2 on that Wednesday and was told it would be ready Saturday. I'm like great and made arrangements to come Saturday. Friday about noon I was called and told my car was ready! 3 major rusted scratches in the hood, rear bumper paint cracked and pitted from people hitting it in parking spaces, front bumper replaced because it was damaged so bad it couldn't be painted. And bent scraped and rusted passenger side fender. Painted, glazed and bumper replaced and....polished my clouded headlight lenses!! I smiled at the job they did in such a timely manner. I highly recommend. I came from the west side of town just to have them do it and and I'm so glad. Give them a call.free estimate, you'll be glad you did!!!”

“I showed up on a Friday afternoon with zero notice, in desperate need of a new battery. Within ten minutes Shawn/Sean was working on my car. My car requires a few parts being removed before you can get to my battery. Once he had it out, he realized the one I brought to him as a replacement was the wrong size. Instead of getting frustrated, he problem solved to help me understand why the new battery I brought as a replacement was incorrect for my car. (I have autopush/stop start and advanced auto didn't know to ask this/that this would affect which battery was needed) To my luck, he had the battery I needed in the shop. He got me squared away shortly after and even checked my oil/topped off my brake fluid. He didn't have to do that, it was just nice customer service. Shawn/Sean was incredibly patient, easy to talk to and helped me understand everything from start to finish. He was able to work on my car, talk to me, his dad and two other customers at the same time without skipping a beat. He also didn't care that I hovered while watching him work. I'm grateful for his help and demeanor. I'll undoubtfully be coming to him again for any other car concerns.”

“I highly recommend this NTB to get your car serviced. I have taken a few of my vehicles here, and I am always pleased with the work. What I am most pleased with is the honest assessment of my SUVs. It can be challenging to find car repair shops that are honest about what your vehicle actually needs. On two occasions, the issue with my truck was not something that they could repair, and they provided recommendations that I used to get my vehicle fixed. They did not charge me. They only charged me for what they could actually do. I like the way they communicate and how pleasantly and relevantly they do so.
