Barnes & Noble is a large and clean bookstore that offers an extensive selection of books and print media. The store features a big cafe area with many tables, making it a good place to read or work, and it has a pleasant coffee smell. The renovation has improved the space, but some find the new layout confusing and difficult to navigate, wishing for better signs or a map to locate sections like health and wellness. The store once had a kids reading area, but it was replaced with only buyable items, which disappointed some visitors. Comfortable chairs are scattered throughout for sitting and reading, although some feel the seating at the cafe is uncomfortable. The store is popular with college students and groups, and the staff are praised for being friendly. Overall, Barnes & Noble remains a good place for book lovers, but some find the new design less customer-friendly, with a layout that feels more like a maze.
Not enough time to check out the whole place, I was supeized they had LPs. Cds and DVDs.

Such an extensive selection of books and other print media to choose from. It would be great if there were signs hanging from the ceiling to indicate where different genres are. It was a bit overwhelming looking for what I wanted.

Please bring back individual soft chairs randomly scattered in store with signs that say chairs for paying customers only since they took them out to deter hanging out. Only downside is constant stream of college kids hanging out in groups that need to shower more... read full comment
