Terrible service. Purchased my bank and started charging all sorts of fees. Refuses to close my account.

This bank bought my bank and they really have been the worst. A subpar online interface and they are unable to do many of the things my previous bank was able to do. They still mail any information you request instead of an online upload. Perks is they do wire transfers.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with don’t use them for anything. They have about 2 customer support reps to service the entire planet and all they do is hang up on you.
