Bought 3 items online on December 15. Somehow ended up being stolen by one of the warehouse workers. Now I have to wait until they finish there investigation to get reimbursed. We are now in January 2026 and no refunds have been issued and no items as been recieved. Straight up Fraud from Pandora

The store itself is great but customer is the worst. When you call customer service they say they can’t help you and say you have to call another number , then you’re on hold for ever. Called corp office he just transferred me to another number! How can you run a business with no customer service !
