I want to thank the gentleman that worked here in 01.18.25 I really appreciate it. I loss a family member and was in distress trying to get a new phone and he was awesome. He found a promotion for me. He addresses all my concerns and put a smile on my face. I was soo stressed out the day before at the Erdman ave location I was ready to leave boost after being with them for over 20 years when they were Nextel. I'm so glad he was there on Saturday to help. My heart is warm. And yes I'm still with Boost. Please give that man a rise. He really is special and kind. I may write the President of Boost because this is what customer service is really about!!

I have had nothing but trouble since I got this I had metro didn't one time have a problem figure I try something new so went to boost they went and changed my plane didn't let me know then my phone keeps cutting off and when I'm on it talking it will hang up or a lot of stuff pops up on it then hangs up on me yes I did call customer service about it still nothing I only had this phone since Dec and have nothing but trouble which dont make sense about to switch again then then they tell mee they don't have other plans but 60 I ask for a lower plan do to someone pays my plan for me to be told i can't cause 60 the only plan they have which is a lie they have other plans but won't let me change to a lower plan I am disappointed with boost

Kathery and her sister do not know what they are doing! They literally tell me something different every time I come in the store.They are no help all they do is stay on their phones!

Ricky was amazing. I came in upset and made both representatives aware. Boost has changed so many things and I added money to my account and was not able to use it. I had to add 20 one day and another 20 the next just to use my phone. Ricky was very understanding and helping. His customer service skills are wonderful. He is a perfect example of customer service representative.Now onto the woman who decided to yell and get on the phone “to call people” I didn’t appreciate how you reacted. I have her on video yelling and telling me how I should feel. No you personally didn’t change the rules but I’m expressing my frustration of spending my last thinking I could make more when I then had to add an additional $40 to my bill which is due in 2 days.I’m no longer allowed to pay the bill and restart the service but this wasn’t the time for that being as though my son graduate tomorrow and I needed my phone to work. I spent my last and couldn’t use my phone so why wouldn’t I be a lil frustrated. As I told her I wish someone would’ve came in and gave me a warning saying “hello to both of you I’m sorry I’m a little frustrated been dealing with this for 3 days” the representative name was Sammy
