It's hard to see so many bad reviews and not worry, but so far my experience has been pretty positive. Twice recently I had trouble with the website and the first time someone was great helping me over the phone. The second time I emailed late at night and had a reply the next morning. I appreciate their timely responses.

Great bank to do business with. All the great functions they offer work perfect.. I can pull or push money in or out with ease, very quick also.. anytime I need assistance they are Johnny on the spot and very friendly and helpful.. And I earn the best interest that’s available out there… Thanks CFG…
