Kudos to the Mgr. Ms. Cheryll B, & the Assistant Mgr., Tyasia T - these ladies are AWESOME! They offer a relatability that reminds me why front-facing customer service is in demand & much obliged. I've had little help from the bank's 1-800 line most scenarios, but visiting either branch (Fayette or Lancaster) fairs well for me. Wells Fargo and M&T banks used to fine me into oblivion, but Harbor Bank is truly for it's customers best interest. Thank You!”

“I have been a member for 4 years now and this is truly the best experience I’ve had with any financial institution.
Overall they offer average loan rates, but sometimes they have very good share certificate rates. They have products and services that can benefit anyone looking to improve their financial situation.
I refinanced my auto loan through them in the beginning of our relationship and Holly Green cut my rate in HALF, saving me about $100 a month on my payments.
Later, I had a complex situation where I inherited a house with a mortgage owed on it and Kathy Smith kindly and patiently helped me navigate the process making me a first time homeowner.
I also took started to take advantage of their free financial coaching program, as I ended up getting married and my financial situation was becoming complicated. Liz Fleetwood tried to help me, but my situation evolved in such a way that I no longer needed the service. During the process, Liz was very personable and knowledgeable.
In all of these situations, I felt valued and respected. Any interaction I’ve had with JHFCU staff has been pleasant. Are their processes perfect? No, but no financial institution is. At least here, I feel more like a member, rather than a number, like at the large banks. I’m hoping these recent updates and upgrades make the technology experience even better.

“I have to say reading all these negative comments I’m wondering if I’m going to the same place they are, I have been banking with CCUMD for many years on Lasalle rd with no issues . The tellers always seemed polite and caring. I did receive a truck loan years ago and had to work with a women named Sky and have nothing but good things to say about that experience. After that I have had 3 other truck loans by just filling out the online forms for credit approval with no issues. Never had to try and deal with the vacation loan so I cannot comment on that one. I do believe I have seen the women they are talking about that had nothing to say to anyone but never had to deal with her. Besides that I will continue banking with CCUMD for many.”

The first time I went using Google to navigate me here it brought me through some back alley that needed repair badly. It dead ended and I had to look at the satellite overview to get to the front. I hope Google has since updated its directions to route you here.”

“Great locally owned bank. Been dealing with bank form years, ms. Dajah, Ginger will help customers for any help customer needs. I mean they really helpful go out of there way to help and make person understand. Every person who work at bank very helpful but usually day to day i deal with them. Honestly get local banking always great, it’s free checking account, don’t have to dial 800 number and wait in phone for hours and hours to get help. You walk in to bank let them know your problem answer is before you knew problem solve. Again why not deal with locally, house loan business loan manager will come to person and take care loan processing at house or business that is call convenience. Explain all process no stress or keep calling 800 to find out status. Manger will follow up with progress and your status. Best part your banking need Got easier.
