They take time to explain everything and help find the cue that suits each person, offering awesome recommendations. The service is top rate and they ensure customers are happy, even with adjustments after a purchase. The shop is fairly priced and provides excellent service for cues, tips, bags, and other pool supplies. Many customers highly recommend it and plan to return for all their cue needs.

It's awesome to have a place that you can trust to replace tips and clean up pool cue shafts while you wait (I hate dings). Plus they have a nice selection of pool cues, cases and accessories if you are looking to purchase. You can even try the cues on a table in the store before purchase. Highly recommend!

Was there yesterday and bought a new J.Pechauer cue and got a shaft cleaning for my old cue. Great service, price and people. Charlie was very pleasant and offered an awesome recommendation for a cue. Will definitely make the 2 hr drive and be back for all my cue needs in the future.
