“Don't let negative people who are NEVER satisfied when spending a lot of money steer you away from this business. They are ROCK STARS!!!! I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka Mach 5's last week from a scam website, and when I didn't get a confirmation, I reached out directly to Louie Silverio because he was responding to all of the disgruntled customer reviews. He informed me that I was scammed and told me to how resolve it. After getting is cleared up, I came back to the real website and placed an order today for the Hoka Mach 5's. I was a little gun shy from the last purchase, so I reached out to their team to ask for an update on the shipping (I ordered next day air), and received an email from Jane and a call from Deb. Both were very apologetic about MY misunderstanding. Deb is very sweet, and extremely helpful. She is also open and honest and explained that Next Day Air didn't include Saturday delivery, but would check to see what the difference in cost would be. She called me back almost 15 minutes later (promised it would be within 20), and said it would be a difference of $45. She then said that she would schedule it for Saturday delivery if I wanted, but thought it was very expensive considering I was already getting a discount on the Next Day Air. I agreed and can't wait to wear the new shoes on Monday.”

“On 1/30/2024 I went to Howard Uniforms and before I was 2 steps in, one of the employees (Ceira) was on point. She asked what I needed and noticed that I had uniform pants in my hands. She told me the Section, Maker and pants type with one glance. When I went to that section and found exactly what she called out. She even came from behind the desk and made sure I got the right pants. I tried them on and needed alterations. She immediately asks for my exact measurements and took both pants to the back. They were done in 10-15 minutes. Another Employee (Jazzmin) Asked if I needed anything else and maintained a nice conversation while I waited. The Energy from both employees was pleasurable. They met my Energy level 100%. I even purchased 2 more Items. By the time I left, I gave (Ceira) a Nickname. Eagle-Eyes! I had a very pleasant visit at Howard Uniforms. “Best spot in Baltimore for sneaker heads; the only place I've found near the Inner Harbour that has Jordans and Air Force Ones. Nice selection of clothing, collectibles, and knick knacks as well. The staff treated me like an old friend the moment I walked in the door, extremely accommodating. You should be aware that it's quite pricey though, so if you plan to shop here bring a fat wallet?. There was an awesome Bape t-shirt I wanted but I quickly put it back after seeing the $225 price tag. Very happy with my purchase, will be going back on my next visit to the city.”

Now my reasons for giving a 5☆ rating goes as follows: Mask wearing sign ? posted however I think it's optional for consumers but the staff were wearing mask, store was clean and neat( shelves, racks, floors, benches, etc. ), staff was very customer friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, reasonable prices, and good sales. I found and purchased ALL that I came for. Actually, I do most( 98% ) my shopping at this Whitemarsh Mall location when it comes to ATHLETIC APPAREL. Also, I like the fact that this location is NOT near their competitors( DTLR, FOOTLOCKER, KIDS FOOTLOCKER, ETC. )! "I highly recommend this location!"”

I went to my podiatrist appointment about three months ago, and my doctor told me it was time to purchase a new pair of tennis shoes. I did not take him seriously. I am not a big tennis shoe girl.However, after watching “The Color Purple” at the AMC, I decided to come into your store and look for a pair of tennis shoes. The store was clean and organized, and the selection in my size was good. You were busy too.I found several pairs I liked that were reasonable in price. The very first pair I tried on, I could see what my doctor was saying. I felt a big difference just in trying on the new shoe. I decided I needed to be serious and find a good pair. I purchased more than one pair to switch off this time since I am not a big tennis shoe girl. I know my podiatrist will be pleased.It was a long line but it moved fast. Your cashiers were friendly too. Not too friendly that they slowed the line with too much chatter.Thank you for having an organized and clean store, which made it easy to find what I needed and wanted.”

“Very cool location and store setup. As the description says, this is a special store (not an outlet) “featuring the very best UA innovations and Baltimore-exclusive products”. They have a lot of the new styles / displays in their mens, womens, and kids clothing as well as shoes & accessories. Also a small clearance section with 30% additional discount. Really nice dressing rooms to use as well that have an electronic system to get different sizes / styles from an associate. The store staff when we visited were incredibly friendly and helpful. Corey and JP were both superb!!! They deserve a shoutout for their excellent customer service. Corey was also kind enough to help us do an online order since they didn’t have my size in store for the item I wanted.”
