  The person who I scheduled with was out of town Mon so someone else rescheduled for Tues. She wasn't there. The other person available was in a meeting. This location is disorganized. Should I even open a business account through Chase or will they play with my money like they played with my time.

  Horrible service. Only have one banker at 12PM on a Monday???? Very strange. I was told that I had to wait until 1PM to even see anyone. Once I made the comment of going to a different branch, the hostess was quick with the “OK bye” comment as I was waking out the door.

  chase bank is good, but this branch their employee they don't know how to respect a customer. They say never come back chase bank. so I have a business account there as soon as possible. I cancel my business account.🙏
