She was sociable, welcoming, and an expert at her craft. We told her our situation and the few ideas we had, and she just ran with it. She personally selected our outfits to fit the exact occasion. It was a fantastic trip and we're so thankful Lisa was there to help!”

You can see how each and every piece is a hands on selection by the owner who is gifted with an eye for quality and fashion. AND the prices are SO freaking affordable. “Happened to be walking passed Octavia Boutique in the Village of Cross Keys and this outfit in the window stopped me dead in my tracks! I had to have it!! Reversible coat ok …. The ENTIRE OUTFIT! Love this beautiful boutique the styles cannot be found anywhere in Baltimore! Her window displays and how organized Betsy has the boutique makes it easy to shop! She’s even open 7 days a week! It’s my new place!”

“OMG we are so excited to have met Steve and Dominick. My husband and I spent more than 2 hours with them yesterday, designing a bespoke tuxedo and a dress to wear at a black-tie optional wedding. We CANNOT wait for the finished items! They pulled our ideas from our heads and knew what would work. Run, don't walk, to meet these guys at their beautiful showroom in Mt. Vernon. The have gorgeous off the rack clothing and can probably design any item of clothing you have in mind.”
“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”

“I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. That was until I realized I had lost my grandmother’s earring in the changing room. I called and spoke with Jessica. She moved everything around and found it. The earring is not worth a lot, but it was a gift from my grandmother before she died. The customer service I got from Jessica was unbelievable. “I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”

I initially was going to my pre-made appointment at Bella Bridesmaid’s Baltimore shop only to be turned down by the Elite’s Bridal owner (who is also the manager of Bella) after phone calls and emails with no notification that this store doesn’t do wedding gowns measurements (“her staff is not trained to do meticulate measurements”).I walked past Nathalie’s shop and thought to just drop by and explain my situation of being let down by Bella, and immediately she said she will help me. “There is only one reason to come here, the body scrub/massage package!! The first time I came here a couple years ago, I was bored and didn't see the point of coming back, I wanted a massage for my birthday and thought I would try another body scrub, as I had one years ago at a different Korean spa. I soaked in the hot tub for a half an hour, as other reviewers recommended, the body scrub was a half hour followed by a deep tissue massage. You have a towel covering your face and man junk, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed. I would describe the body scrub as very precise and professional. The massage was great too, and wasn't a rub down, but more deep tissue pressure points, he even added those suction cups that you see athletes use, on tense muscles areas. Afterwards, he washes and rinses you off, I felt like a king! I highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for a tip, as you can't add a tip using a credit card.”
