She really works hard to make her store feel accepting and fun! It’s a great very needed Jewish small business in Baltimore that the whole community loves! I hear nothing but good things and is one of our favorites! If I ever had a problem with an item they would always try to help me the best they can and if they couldn’t they would explain it very nicely and politely. Great customer service. 100% recommend. “I'd like to differentiate between the Post Exchange and what I call the Exchange Complex. The Exchange is the base department 🏬 store. The Complex encompasses the Exchange AND its Food Court, Military Clothing store, barbershop, Starbucks, Dentistry, Optometry, pharmacy, GNC and various small vendors. This review is on the Exchange ONLY. The Exchange is a multi-department store. It sells men's, women's and children's clothing including Alexandre of London suits for men. It sells high end men's and women's fragrances like Burberry and Versace. It has an electronics department as well as a small hardware department. It takes the standard charge cards like Mastercard and Visa as well as the special military 🪖 charge card - Military Star. It has ample parking. They will check ✔ you to make sure you're allowed to shop here (active duty, retired and others). Check out is self service though I believe customer service can ring up your purchase(s). 1 big plus ➕ of the Exchange is there's no sales tax. Service has been consistently polite though sometimes difficult to find. Overall, I've been pleased with the Exchange.”

“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”

“I am from out of state and took my mother in law to this store. I walked in and was immediately impressed with how well organized and clean the store was!!!! I like to make sure that the hard workers know that it is appreciated so I spoke with the young lady who was organizing stock that the "caring" shoppers had placed all throughout the different places in the store. I told her how much her work was appreciated. I then spoke with another young lady there who was straightening clothing and let her know that this was the cleanest and most organized Ross I have ever shopped in and I shop in every one I come across when I travel!! Kudos to the Manager and the staff for caring about where they work. It was so nice to shop there! P.S. I have worked at a Ross before and let me tell you that it is no fun when customers have no respect for the merchandise. If something falls off a hanger how hard is it to put it back up? If you change your mind about something, hold onto it and hand it to the cashier and stop putting it where it doesnt belong. It makes their job a little easier! Thank you Halethorpe store for giving us a great experience!!!”
