The employees use your account to help you pick shoes that align to your needs and wants. I also like this store because they have a treadmill on the premises to help the employees analyze whether or not the shoes you try on fit properly. I love this place! Classic Consigns by KYS is a total win!The owner Kimberly is so personable and will make suggestions if you need help.She was in the middle of prepping for a fashion show this evening but made herself available anytime we needed her.Prices are fantastic, selection is top notch and they even have a men's section.The shoe section was phenomenal.We just walked out with bagzzzzzz!!Kimberly thank you for everything. “There is only one reason to come here, the body scrub/massage package!! The first time I came here a couple years ago, I was bored and didn't see the point of coming back, I wanted a massage for my birthday and thought I would try another body scrub, as I had one years ago at a different Korean spa. I soaked in the hot tub for a half an hour, as other reviewers recommended, the body scrub was a half hour followed by a deep tissue massage. You have a towel covering your face and man junk, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed. I would describe the body scrub as very precise and professional. The massage was great too, and wasn't a rub down, but more deep tissue pressure points, he even added those suction cups that you see athletes use, on tense muscles areas. Afterwards, he washes and rinses you off, I felt like a king! I highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for a tip, as you can't add a tip using a credit card.”

“I was interested in a comfortable shoe that would help circulation in my foot as I had an Achilles heal injury.I was debating between On Cloud, Brooks, and Hoka for a shoe suitable for my need. Anthony, an Amazing store rep. Not only assisted me with my purchase, but he accurately described why Hoka would bet fit my situation. He insisted I tried on my shoe of choice. After loving the comfort level, he assisted me with finding the shoe online,( there were no more in store,) and had it sent. It arrived in less time than promised and I’m enjoying this new found comfort. Phenomenal Service from Anthony, made me a happy customer, destined to return. 5 Star Service for sure!”

“I had the most perfect experience. You could have in a retail environment. Professionalism, friendliness, creativity and just downright genuine energy. Y'all need to go see Gordon!! He is the best thing that could have happened to this location when first entering the store and walking around. I was starting to wonder if they's had the same type of service I remember years ago when they first established themselves in Baltimore. It kind of gave you a feeling of a personal shopper, almost as if I was in Nordstrom's or somewhere but even more personalized. Because I think so much in my personal life and in my professional life when it comes to fashion, I like to leave it to the people that possess the gift. In-person shopping irritates me immediately when I think about having to do it. But I have to say I'm glad that I followed my intuition that led me to this location instead of going to Arundel Mills. Thinking I will have more options. Gordon was able to assist me in manifesting my inner desire to look absolutely fabulous yet. Modest! I watched this man assist multiple people telling them their sizes without even measuring them and he was correct even with me telling me my size is from top to bottom and he was correct. I can't lie. I was absolutely flabbergasted in the inside. This man has an innate talent to provide a personalized interaction with each person that he approaches and this is a rarity especially in 2024. Where everyone seems to only focus on themselves, he provided the most selfless approach with his assistants as if he was getting paid to do it. And I'm not talking about no linear income. I'm talking about commission. Meanwhile, it was a free service as he calls it and I can always appreciate that. Friendliness, goodness, courtesy, and professionalism will never go out of style. Courtesy will always be celebrated with every interaction that I have. I witnessed this gentleman (Gordon) assisting individuals from the age of 16 years of age for attending in prom on up to a gentleman that just wanted an outfit to look good on communion Sunday. I thank God that I followed his message and led me here. I was able to obtain everything that I needed head to toe to complete my luck for my Red carpet Event. So y'all already know the walk is going to be different because I know I'm going to feel good in what I'm wearing and that matters no matter who you are or what you're attending. What you have-on contributes to your posture, your confidence, and your downright enjoyment! Gordon, thank you!!!!”
“Different regard is outstanding! I came in a month before my wedding and they custom tailored a suit for me in a few short weeks, designed and made locally here in Baltimore. There was plenty of time for fitting and last minute details before the wedding. With all the chaos of planning a wedding, they were a bright spot of tranquility. The service is warm, friendly and outstanding. The quality is amazing. The style is the highest level. So many compliments on the suit at the wedding. This is my clothing store from now on!”
“04/20/2023 approx 8:80 pm ... Took a last minute trip to grab some summer clothing for my son. The store was so organized and clean. You know how towards the end of the day clothes tend to be thrown around? Well yea, this was not the case here. Store was closing in about 30 minutes. But everything was so neat. Even as I was looking for certain sizes I was helped by an employee. Yes I made a bit of a mess looking for sizes and she just went behind after I moved and straightened it up with a genuine smile. Fitting room- this area was also very tidy and smelled clean. Nothing worse then a sweaty smelly dressing room. Cashier was super friendly as well. Thank you Old navy for hiring professional employees.”

“Fashion Center located in North Laurel, Howard County. Has a great variety of customized clothing mostly men’s collection. All items are tailored for individual fits and the store atmosphere is very cosy. Has a large sofa for seating and fitting rooms to accommodate measurements for tailored fit.”
“This location I find to be the best one in local area. It is always heavy on stock and light on customers. Security and controlled entry at front. Store is always organized and home goods , clothing and kids are always overflowing with items. I check here before I venture to other locations. Never had an issue with lines or people on this store”
