I plateaued at a HIIT style gym prior to Eden and thought I was in good shape.. this gym, however, will test you mentally and physically and I can say that I have never been in better shape thanks to the coaches and members that push you. I absolutely love going to classes throughout the week!

Great gym! Coaches are knowledgeable and professional. The programming was well planned with options for people with varying levels of ability. Equipment is well maintained and gym is very clean.
