Worst pharmacy I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of relying on. There is a 75-80% chance that you will not get your prescription after they call you, informing you it is available for pick-up.
Creates unwanted tension with very busy physicians and staff; very high turnover rate and every employee I have every spoken with is miserable/never helpful

The worst pharmacy. Pharmacist close its doors before 7pm waiting at the time clock for 7pm. I arrived at 6:45pm to pickup meds and when I arrived the pharmacy was closed before the 7pm closing time!! When I saw the pharmacist hanging out at the clock..I asked why is the pharmacy closed?? He responded, come tomorrow. He was so rude and a complete jerk!! Do yourself a favor and fill your medication elsewhere.

The customer service at CVS in Target on Boston Street is abysmal. I experienced extreme rudeness and unhelpfulness when trying to get assistance with a new prescription from my doctor. Staff were dismissive and provided no assistance whatsoever. Avoid this location if you value even basic courtesy and helpfulness. I will no longer be using this pharmacy

Refused to transfer a prescription and sent me on a wild goose chase to another CVS who also wanted to have lunch instead of helping out. Sad to see how poor the customer service is in this city.

Go to ANY OTHER pharmacy! The customer service is horrible. They don't communicate the status and will barely acknowledge you after looking you in your face for 2 minutes. I will NOT refill another prescription at this location. Go here only if you want to have your time wasted and want to listen to them have casual conversations about iPhone and music while you stare at your prescription.

As a provider it is impossible to get a hold of them! each and anytime; And one time I was able to they messed up the patient's information!

Pros: Mostly friendly staff, convenient location inside Target.
Cons: Cannot reach via phone, understaffed, long lines, unreliable about preparing refills (even when explicitly requested).
I usually have a decent experience picking up my prescriptions. The pharmacy technicians are usually friendly, but overworked. There don't seem to be enough people staffed to keep the line down or answer calls. I had a prescription on hold, called several times to have it filled, and waited on hold for over an hour and a half just today. The only way to get a response is to leave a message as if you are a prescriber. They still didn't fill my script despite explaining my situation and then knowing I am out of medication. I'm transferring to a new location tomorrow. It's not worth the frustration and lost time to work with this location. And I need to trust that my pharmacy is reliable and will fill my prescriptions.

Dr obinna misplaced my RX and thankfully the other pharmacist on duty looked through every shelf and found it. Thank goodness for her!!

Wouldn't fill my prescription and then wouldn't answer the phone. Even the inner harbor CVS pharmacists admitted that the target CVS people don't answer the phone. Don't send prescriptions here!!

Please trust me. DONT GET YOUR MEDS HERE. And for anyone that does, CHECK THEM! They mixed an unprescribed medicine in with my daily meds that I take for a serious condition. I noticed after a couple weeks that the pills looked slightly different. They don’t care about your well-being. I would give them 0 stars but I’m forced to give them 1.

Gave the wrong amount of a prescription drug and demanded we pay out of pocket to cover what they shortchanged us. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. They constantly play the waiting game with you here if you try to call. They will leave you on hold for an hour upward and if you are still holding they just pick up and hang up immediately. This has happened multiple times to me with them, so it's not just a one time mistake. Corporate won't do anything about it either.

Pathetic and sad. Not only is the service terrible but most pharmacists don’t provide any info or even complete their due diligence over the medications they fulfill. Recommendation is to skip this location all together.
