If I could give zero stars I would. They constantly play the waiting game with you here if you try to call. They will leave you on hold for an hour upward and if you are still holding they just pick up and hang up immediately. This has happened multiple times to me with them, so it's not just a one time mistake. Corporate won't do anything about it either.

Pathetic and sad. Not only is the service terrible but most pharmacists don’t provide any info or even complete their due diligence over the medications they fulfill. Recommendation is to skip this location all together.

They never answer the phone. You have to come in to ask questions you cannot find online. I’ve had multiple prescriptions be out of stock without notification from the store. This store is wildly ineffective.

Awful. If I could give them zero stars I would. They never answer the phone. I've been on the phone for over an hour, walked in with them on speaker and there has been no line and people standing around doing nothing.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in today to pick up my prescription when I was told that per the Board of Pharmacy in Maryland that I must use my insurance to pick up a controlled substance and could not pay cash even with a valid prescription. He said my insurance does not cover it. (It does I called them as soon as I left and verified). It is a false statement that insurance is required to purchase a controlled substance per the pharmacy board. However, CVS could possibly have a rule for this. Attempted to call back twice to clarify in case I was missing something and I waited over 40 minutes both times and was hung up on as soon as they picked up. They are very hard to work with and talk to. You’re never able to be helped in a timely manner. I will say they stay short staffed it seems, but that does not give you a reason to be consistently rude and unprofessional.

I typically have a good experience when I go to this CVS in person. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone. I don’t know if their phone service is not working properly, or that they are understaffed.

Call to speak to pharmacist because the prescription my doctor sent in two ways still didn't appear in their system, sit on hold 15 minutes, and the call gets disconnected. Call back immediately, and there's a message that they're now at lunch and to call back later. Really poor management. I've been at the store and seen the two Pharmacy assistants go to lunch together at the same time, leaving the pharmacist there alone. Not good.

It's a busy pharmacy in a target with usually 2 maybe 3 people working in Baltimore city- you have to take everything with a grain of salt. I've always found that staff to be super nice. Does it take a while for your script? Yes, but I wait until I get a text from them that it is ready- you can also use the app to check the status- a lot of the other reviewers issues would have been avoided if they used the app to check BEFORE coming in and screaming at the staff- which I have witnessed before. A guy yelled at the senior pharmacist and the pregnant tech yesterday when I was there. It was a Sunday, give them a break. If you want a pharmacy at the ONLY TARGET in the city, this is what you get. The Walgreens on Eastern is constantly robbed and they don't carry certain things for that reason. The Rite Aid on Foster isn't open as many hours. The pharmacy in Safeway and Harris Teeter both have issues with keeping drugs in stock- so c'mon people. These are our options, if you want a better pharmacy- go to the suburbs. Or talk about the pharmacy desert the city has with city leaders. But stop taking out your frustrations on hourly workers just trying to earn a living.

awful location. dropped off paper prescription from urgent care and confirmed with worker to come back the following day to pick up prescription. went the following day and they "lost" the prescription. had to directly call urgent care a few days later when they were open again to get them to fax the prescription over. went to the pharmacy and (surprise) they didn't have the prescription. urgent care worker couldn't even get through to the pharmacy on the phone to confirm that prescription was received. extremely frustrating experience for no reason. dont bother dropping a prescription here.

This is not only the worst CVS in Maryland it is probably the worst pharmacy in the world. The pharmacists and techs are perpetually annoyed to be at work doing their job. They appear inconvenienced and incensed at the mere thought of assisting a customer. As a lifelong CVS customer this is the last time I will ever visit one for pharmacy needs or any other reason

I was worried about all the bad reviews. Today, the person who helped us went above her duty to run multiple checks to make sure they were not missing our prescription. She found it and filled it right away. Very thankful to this young lady for helping us.

I am the regional manager of CVS. This store is an experiment of how long we can make the customers wait, mess up their prescription orders, ask them to come back just to make them wait longer again in the middle of a grocery store. I deliberately underpay and hire unqualified grumpy employees to really drive the point. Their bonuses are tied to how low our reviews here get! We're trying hit a 1.0 average review, please help us get there by making the mistake of stopping by and assuming this is a functional pharmacy!

Now I understand the 1.7 score. Went there this a.m. - not another customer in sight, but still I waited and waited - neither employee would look up to acknowledge me, so I finally said "good morning". I was greeted with a scowl from a female and a man who could not be bothered to look up. After more wait time, the scowling woman gave me my Rx, and before I could say anything she said in a nasty tone "You're welcome". So to her I say, excuse me for making you do your job that you obviously despise and remember one thing, you only have this lousy job because you chose it and because people like me need Rx. Must be time for me to find another pharmacy. The employees here obviously think they are the only game in town.

Like everyone else, I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. They do not answer their phone and in person you have to force them to assist you. Do not use this CVS, it really needs to be shut down. Go to literally any other CVS in the area.

Horrible experience here. They have the worst customer service and the rudest staff. I requested a refill on my prescription, and when I went to pick it up was told that med needs to be ordered for every patient and they had no estimate on when it would be in. They had not ordered it yet. I called a different pharmacy to confirm it was in stock there, and they were unable to get ahold of CVS on the phone to transfer all day. I waited on hold over 60 minutes and was hung up on. Staff were rude and dismissive to all of their customers. Over half of the people I saw as I waited there had an issue and left without their meds filled. They routinely quote 60 minutes for a med to be filled when people come after receiving notifications that med was ready. When I returned after 6 hours for a different med, they told me it had never been expedited and they still did not have it ready. Choose a different pharmacy!
