I'd give this place zero stars if I could the lady working was so ignorant, My wife asked her if she could use the shoe sizer just to see what her current size was as she lost a lot of weight, The lady work and responded with year and adult you should know your own shoe size never helped her at all, answer the guy pulled the size 5 and 1/2 for from the back they didn't fit and she asked could she have a size 6 when the guy brought out the five and a half he said she was lucky that was the last pair but the lady said no there was no size 6 back there without even going back he was talking about the five and a half not the six, This lady was rude beyond belief acting like it was a struggle to ring us up it's so sad to have someone working at a store that treat you like you're a problem for trying to purchase a pair of shoes. There's a difference from having a bad day and just being ignorant and lazy I'm sorry I was shut this location down in the heartbeat Go somewhere else.

Customer service suck!! The employees chose to have a conversation about lunch instead of helping me and then when I ask about a particular hat she told me it's multiple hats I just had to find them for myself. That's impossible because they're behind the counter! Pick another location but I doubt if it'll be any different because this chain has a reputation for bad customer service!

They would not honor the sell price that was on the display. The shoe was marked for $99 but when they ring it up, it said $150.

Just walked out the DTLR Sinclair ln I found a shoes I needed help with, there was two young ladies up the front talking amongst one another. I held the shoe up in the air to gain their attention one young lady looked at me and said with an attitude “do you need HELP!!” Me and wife looked at one another like why she respond that way. The other young lady walked over slowly asking “what size” I said 6 she took the shoes and said that my only size which was a 5. She then ask you want me to call somewhere else but because of the energy that was given we said no thank you and walk away. They won’t get another sale from me!

They have an great selection on Sneakers and shoes and I love their clearance on tennis shoes, great way to shop if you're on an budget or just want to shop for summer or any occasion

This location was great. I was greeted and wished a happy new year by the lovely security officer. The staff behind the counter also greeted me with a smile and immediately asked if I needed help. I was able to pick-up my online order and jam to their playlist in the meantime. The store was neat/clean and the employees were genuinely happy. I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff and will definitely return to this location in the future.

They don’t have much inventory and the employees at this location are fine doing the bare minimum assist customers. I would recommend avoiding this location
