We went to the store and wanted to return shoes but they wouldn’t let me, they had rude customer service. The lady at the counter was very rude and was ignoring me. I recommend no one goes there I will never go again because of this experience.

Went to get my daughter some school shoes and was greeted at the door by a young boy. Once to the back two employees were having a conversation near the shoes and were not paying my daughter and I any attention. I looked to the front, and the young man did come to assist us, but he made some remarks to the other two employees on why they did not assist me. I am not sure if he was being genuine or smart because I did not say anything to them as they were having a conversation about weekend plans and I know that I shouldn't have to interrupt employees to get them to do their job. These kids now a days have no kind of customer service at all. We went to kids footlocker and had the best experience. Never going here again, I can't remember providing this type of service when I was younger working in retail.

Terrible service/sales. Wouldn't even let me try on both shoes at once? Also they wouldn't give me a cash refund and gave me store credit. I dont want to spend another buck here... Also everything is very messy.

Terrible experience, the manager was only helping black people. Saw me straight in my eyes and ignore me three times and went to take care of black people that just came in the store……she need some serious equal opportunity training. Also just ignored two white kids…..Terrible

I would not recommend ordering from this company my package was stolen and they are giving me the run around about replacing it. This is a birthday gift now it will not be received in time they definitely have dropped the ball. And if you call customer service your greeted with a very rude person named Amanda answering the phone with no compassion for customers this is very upsetting and they will never get a dime from me again

The costumer service was horrible. Too much talking and playing. Yes, have fun at work but not when you have customers waiting to try on and purchase items. Needless to say I did not buy anything. Unacceptable.

I placed a order on Dec 16th 2023 I got a email stating it was shipped on Dec 17th my shoes are still saying waiting for a label to be created and here it is Christmas Eve I’ve spoke to 2 different customer service rep that stated my shoes was suppose to be shipped from the store in White Marsh Mall they sent them and email and called no one answered or replied back I even called myself to pickup up my item or get a refund as of now I don’t ever want to do business with this company again I’ve found the same shoes at Snipes and will shop there!!! I will be sending a email and calling Corp because this is unacceptable as a customer after you have my money but for no one in that store to get back to me or there own rep speaks a lot about this business I’m livid and I have all the patient in the world when I have communication which I didn’t get

They would only give me one shoe when trying on the shoes... I thought that was weird ...until I got home and realized DTLR had sold me a display shoe... The display shoe was a different color than the other shoe ...they also charged me full price for the display shoe. They also didn't tell me that when I paid in cash I wouldn't be able to get a refund..
so if you pay cash and need a refund you will get stuck with a gift card to their store where they have lower inventory than most ... So just make sure you double check your shoes before buying any here ..

I had the best experience yesterday I met a manager I think, but her name is Dominique, all of the shoe stores I went in between Towson and White marsh all told me they didn’t have the size I needed kids and women’s. She was the only one who went above and beyond and helped me find what I was looking for realizing we were the same size shoe, She told me to try a smaller size in men’s, and they fit perfect. She used her own personal experience to help me. She was very personable and outgoing, and had great energy as well. That short interaction actually made my day because it’s still some nice people out here and she definitely showed me that. The rest of the staff were extremely. Friendly and or asked if I needed assistance so I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks y’all for experience!!!
