I bought driveway sealer from Lowes. Lowes used Estes to deliver the 8 additional 5 gallon buckets of sealer I bought to finish up sealing the driveway. The driver/delivery person but a scrape up the length if the driveway I had already sealed the week before. I had worked really hard at prepping and sealing the driveway. I have already been contacted by Estes and sent pictures of the damage done to the driveway as per their request. It has been more than 30 days since and I have not heard from them in regards to how they want to handle the situation.

I'm very unhappy with this company. They delivered building supplies to my home on 4-25-2024. And in doing so, they leaked hydraulic fluid all over my driveway and up and down the alley to my driveway. I've been in contact with the claims department, but they have yet to remedy this problem. And it's been 2 months since they have said they would take care of it. And to top it off they are now ignoring my calls and emails. If you ever need supplies from a building material supplier, you better hope this isn't the company to bring them to you.

Absolutely the Worst EVER!!! They turn you over to collections and they have NO clue what they are doing. I tried to reach out to the local Baltimore branch - Lawanda or Yolanda whatever her name is and she was rude and stated my paperwork was no good since it was over 30 days. Unreal and Rude. So, I got Rude right back!!!

Had a very nice shipping experience with Estes. Had a question concerning if the delivery needed a signature and Destani was very quick to reply to my email and set up the drop as well as note my cell # for the driver to contact me. The day of delivery, the driver called to see where I would like the delivery dropped. Very happy with their service

Home Depot order. Thousands of dollars worth of materials. Paid extra to have it all delivered to the threshold of my house. Where did the delivery person leave it? 20 yards away blocking my ability to close the back gate, everything in my yard is totally exposed, it’s supposed to rain tonight. The alleged person who was supposed to come an hour or two later to finish the job never came. They never returned my calls throughout this whole debacle though it occurred around 1:30 PM. Home Depot should consider partnering up with a different company for deliveries.

I will start by saying this is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. If I could give them a zero, I would. We placed an order with Home Depot and Estes was set to deliver the order. They called us and scheduled the delivery for Thursday the 25th between 11am-3pm. That day came and went...no call, no show. Once we realized the time, we called (on the 25th) to get a status but no one answered so my husband left a message. In all fairness, it was a few minutes before their closing time so we didn't expect a call back that day. The next day we called back around 9am to find out what happened to our order. We were told it had to be researched and they would get back to us. By 2pm or so, we hadn't heard back from anyone so my husband called back again. Still no resolution. We were told they couldn't locate our order. Apparently it wasn't at the terminal it was supposed to be. Saturday and Sunday they're closed so we called back again Monday. Still they didn't know where the order was. I called Home Depot to report the situation and Home Depot said the order wasn't lost. Apparently they spoke with Estes and was told there was a delay because it was large order and that it would be delivered by end of business or the next day. This is totally different from what was communicated to my husband by Estes. The next day (Tuesday) we call again! This time my husband was told it would be delivered that day between 11am-3pm. He also received a text message around 2:45pm saying the order is out for delivery. Shortly after 3pm he receives a call from Estes saying they don't have a driver so the order won't be delivered today. Allegedly it will be delivered tomorrow. At this point, I don't know if we will ever receive our order.To say I am in disbelief & frustrated is an understatement. How do companies that operate (or fail to operate) in this manner get contracts with reputable companies? How do you provide a delivery date on two different occasions and fail to deliver? That is your sole purpose. Why didn't you know before the end of the delivery window that you didn't have a driver? Was there a driver this morning when you scheduled the delivery? Someone has to be home to receive the order so that is now two days wasted. The level of inconsideration & unprofessionalism is unbelievable. On the bright side, at least there is a young lady who answers the phone most of the time even though there isn't anything she can do. Like I said, this is the worst company I have ever experienced. I guess this is what "free delivery" gets me. At this point, I won't be ordering anything else from Home Depot or any other company if this is their contracted delivering company.

Day cab doubles 60684 should not be a driver, headed east into Virginia around 2320.... switching lanes no signals, then slowing down on purpose. Will not let you pass,speeding up on purpose after going 63 on a 70. I had a hazmat load 1866,flammable.

These people left my package on the sidewalk in a pallet in the rain and didn’t even knock to notify me that my package was here. This is the WORST delivery service I’ve ever been forced to use after ordering a couch from home depot. Just unprofessional.

AWFUL COMPANY!!!! (I gave one star because -5 was not an option) I personally did not use this company, my neighbor had a delivery from them through Home Depot on June 15, 2023. BUT, there driver ran into and over my fence & took down a county street sign! He did not leave a note, tell the homeowner whom he delivered too, NOTHING! I had to investigate myself when I got home from work, posting on our neighborhood facebook page, asking neighbors etc. Once I narrowed it down to my neighbor and this delivery company, my neighbor reached out to his contractor and was directed to Sedgwick Claims Management Co., Adam Krause (Liability Claims Associate) who got a claim started for me and told me to direct all future correspondence and inquiries to Estes. I was put in touch with Dyson White, Senior Safety Manager w/Estes Logistics and we exchanged a few emails. I submitted to him several quotes to have the repairs made and pictures, as requested. The last correspondence I had with him was on Sept.1, 2023, when he emailed me stating " I apologize for the delay. Himself and his team are going to review all the information that I sent over and should have a plan of action to start repairs next week" That was 3 months ago!! To date, I have heard nothing and my fence is still damaged! I have sent several follow up emails, made several follow up phone calls and left several messages and have not received any response at all! I was advised by an attorney that I will have to file a small claims judgement in District Court! I am BEYOND pissed! WHAT COMPANY DOES NOT CORRECT THE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY THAT THERE DRIVER DID!! AWFUL COMPANY AND AWFUL MANAGEMENT. I WOULD SEE WHO IS MAKING YOUR DELIVERIES FROM HOME DEPOT AND WHOEVER ELSE AND MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

No stars, I had a delivery that was set up for a delivery time 12:00 and 16:00 on 27 October 2023. I was there waiting with no call, no text and no delivery. I call them back today 30 Monday October 2023 and was met with no explanation and it was handed to our sub last mile delivery company. I also called them and they first said I didn't have a date set up, once I read her the email for the appointment she then said they don't do home deliveries doing that time. this person was the ruddiest customer service ever. Would no recommended using them again and if I am ordering form someone who is shipping with this company, I will cancel the order.
