Chris works at the front desk and is awesome! I actually upgraded to a bigger unit. Not only because I have too many things but because Morningstar has great customer service.

I was assisted by Chris this afternoon who was incredibly kind and more than helpful with securing my unit. He was able to get the process complete in about 20 minutes from start to end.
