The Free People store is a favorite location, described as clean, well stocked, beautifully organized, and of a decent size with a great variety and selection. The staff stands out as incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, helpful, professional, and amazing. Employees go above and beyond, providing great personalized recommendations and wonderful customer service to quickly resolve issues. The atmosphere is so enjoyable that even children like to stay while shopping. This store is considered a standard for excellence and is a place customers are grateful for and would definitely visit again.
This FP store is absolutely my fav spot. Assistants very welcoming and friendly. Shut up Maddie she was very helpful and professional! My kids even enjoy stay at the store while I'm shopping there.

Wonderful customer service!! After my gift card suffered water damage two of the numbers were lost and I was having trouble figuring it out for months. I spoke to an employee at this location, and got the issue resolved the day of :) The employee here went above and beyond — so grateful!
