They always have a great selection of unique pieces and a variety of styles that you don’t see everywhere. If you find something you love, don’t wait—you may not see it again! “I've been shopping at Ashley Stewart for several years, and have never had a problem with there clothes, good product. Until April 4th, 2026 i bought a dress from Ashley Stewart the one in Mondawmin mall wore the dress one time easter Sunday. I go to wash my clothes, and the dress has little splits in the back of it like it's dry rotting or something now I have to take the shit to the cleaners and see what they can do with it. DAMN SHAME!! I was a loyal costumer, but now i'm done.”

“I have never tried on such beautifully crafted pieces and fabrics as I did in Jill's studio! Even trying on something 4 sizes too small for me to see how the fabric laid, I felt more beautiful AND more like myself in Jill's work than I ever did at any other wedding dress shop.
Jill created better-than-my-dream dress; it was absolutely perfect. She was patient and worked with me to finalize every little detail, and by the time the dress was finished there wasn't a single thing I'd change about it! I didn't want to take it off at the end of my wedding day, and I joke to my husband about wearing it again all the time (well, he thinks I'm joking...). Having the perfect dress made by Jill on my wedding day was one of the most important and special parts of the day; I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to wear a Jill Andrews gown, and I hope I might get another one in my lifetime!”

“Highly suggest a stop by this cute store. The first time we walked by we noticed it right away, as we were looking there were a couple girls standing outside saying come in and take a look. That first time we could not but I made sure to go back before leaving town. They had very unique clothing, fun. It is also reasonably priced. I couldn’t find my size in many things so I just looked for my size and tried on what they had for my size. I did ended up finding something I really liked that I can’t imagine someone would be wearing in the same place that I’m out so I always feel different when I’m wearing this outfit. I also found gifts for a couple of my friends. The woman who checked me out at the register was lovely and was selling her handmade jewelry at the store. It was really pretty and I decided to buy myself something of hers. The issue I ran into was paying, they added a fee for credit cards which always bothers me. I didn’t have cash with me but they did not have change. So I ended up having to pay that annoying fee. Still it was worth it is I love what I bought there.”
“From the amazing quality of everything in this store, which is handmade by the family of the owner and then actually created and designed by the owner himself, this place is not only unique but fabulous in every way.
My wife and I stumbled across this place as we walked down Pratt Street and saw something in the window and then had to find the location of the store. When we walked in on the harbor side, we were impressed from the first steps through the door. The quality of every item stands out and it's hard to find something handcrafted in any store. But then when you find an entire store full of meticulous threads and styles, you can't leave without getting something. This is the type of store that you are looking for. If you care about quality and not something that's going to fall apart or look like what everyone else is wearing. My wife is recovering from cancer and with lymphedema in her arms she needed shawls and not tight fitting wraps. The owner Luis was so understanding of what we needed and helped us through the process of choosing just the perfect items she needed. Over the years, we have accumulated and kept so many items we purchased at Double Dutch.
We have a number of boutiques we visit from Georgia to DC. Just before we left for this trip, we were packing and doing some quick chores when we realized so many of the unique finds we wear and love were purchased at Double Dutch.
As for the reviews about the owner scrutinizing POC? That has NEVER been our experience. We have always felt welcome and we look forward to visitng again, in July... hopefully we get another visit in before the Winter Holidays-- they always have fun and interesting gift items.”

I went in for piercings and just to look around and she showed me where the piercings I was looking for were and explained gage sizes to me and asked if I wanted to look at prices! “There is only one reason to come here, the body scrub/massage package!! The first time I came here a couple years ago, I was bored and didn't see the point of coming back, I wanted a massage for my birthday and thought I would try another body scrub, as I had one years ago at a different Korean spa. I soaked in the hot tub for a half an hour, as other reviewers recommended, the body scrub was a half hour followed by a deep tissue massage. You have a towel covering your face and man junk, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed. I would describe the body scrub as very precise and professional. The massage was great too, and wasn't a rub down, but more deep tissue pressure points, he even added those suction cups that you see athletes use, on tense muscles areas. Afterwards, he washes and rinses you off, I felt like a king! I highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for a tip, as you can't add a tip using a credit card.”
