Don't answer the phone. Can call forever and they hang up. Very unprofessional and dangerous in an emergency. If I mention I am a person of color, do I get a response?

The employees at this bank are great.I'm disabled an need a little extra care an they come thru every time.I myself have never misspelled a word but I'll still keep coming back. Thank You

I've always had friendly, helpful service from the employees at this bank, once you get through the high security entrance door. The door could pose a problem for handicapped individuals, in my opinion.
