Knockout Fitness has some great trainers that will meet clients wherever they are, whether your coming from another sport or the couch or something in between. They take you through guided sessions and help with technique and conditioning. The sessions are pretty quick and you'll definitely get a workout. Highly recommend.

Knockout Fitness is an awesome gym, with great teachers. I learned a lot and got into shape quickly and easily. The classes are all so different and they keep you on your toes.
