The staff is consistently described as sweet, super nice, patient, engaging, friendly, professional, and polite. The facility is clean, and service is fast with the use of self-service kiosks for check-in. However, some reviewers note the location can be tricky to find with poor signage. A few found the automated check-in disconcerting and the open exam room doors uncomfortable for privacy. Overall, it is considered a great and positive experience, especially for nervous patients and children.
Fast service, professional and nice staff, and all of the patient areas where clean. No complaints, and I'd come back again. I've been here 3 time and this is my first review. The service has been consistently good to me.

The lady on the phone and the front desk lady were super sweet. Got me right and got me right out to drop off my daughter’s urine sample.
