“I had an easy experience at this location. I came in for a drug screening test and was in and out in under 15 minutes. The Quest suite is located on the second floor (turn right after exiting the elevators). Self check-in allows you to get checked in and scan your license right away. Even though I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment (they accept appts or walk-ins), my name was called in under 5 minutes. Some of the instructions for the procedures could have been more clear, but that was only a minor setback.”

“I have never been to a place where the phlebotomists are so good. My daughter has down syndrome and is very afraid of blood work. I never had anything but a great experience. This time the second lady came in to help us because my daughter was having a hard time allowing me to pick up her sleeve. I couldn't get over their patience and how nice they were. We both walked out very happy. I love this location!”

“Very fast and efficient. Clean facility and polite staff.It's a bit tricky to find. No signage outside of the building to where to go and considering it's a pretty big medical center you can definitely get lost.”

“I go for regular tests here and the staff is always amazing and efficient. Most times I arrive a few minutes early and end up finishing my visit before my actual appointment time. I won't go to any other lab if I can avoid it.”
