One of the best experiences I’ve had getting blood drawn. No wait, sweetest phlebotomist, didn’t even feel the needle go in.

Mixed feelings about this place but it was a fairly positive experience overall.
It's a little disconcerting not to have that usual and familiar human being to help check you in, but it's also quick to do the self service.
When I was there the folks that were working the screening area were super duper nice. Patient, engaging and actually funny!
And while the healthcare worker that did my blood draw was pleasant, I found it very strange that they left all the exam room doors open, it was uncomfortable to see and hear other patients, and I was a little uncomfortable with people being able to see me.
Otherwise it was quick and easy...

I've been waiting on the Lab to open since 7:45 am. Here's it is 8:45 am and their not open. Ridiculous

Very poor front desk service. Lady behind the computer didn't give any response busy in personal conversation with her co work. Too bad.

Large line, understaffed. Don't go here, even for drop offs they make you wait.

Great experience.
I was nervous bringing my little one in due to experiences in other labs. However the staff at this location did a great job. From the beginning at the reception desk they were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will definitely come to this location in the future for any labs needed for my children or myself.

My doctor ordered labs, it was a quick in an out painless experience. There was a kiosk for online check-in. The ladies there were great and quick service.
