Marquise was excellent from start to finish!!! He helped me find a specific hat for my husband and helped me decide how to embroider it and all! 10/10 experience I would recommend Lids Towson to every and anyone simply for his awesome customer service.

The one young fella that was working in there could've used some customer service training and trying to find size 8 fitteds ahhh better off going to another one.

It's cool to shop here if you don't shop for hats often. This location. Has decent staff. I only had one unsatisfactory experience with a worker , whom I felt their vibe was off. But, for the most part, they don't bother you. Hats selection is cool. Honestly, I would prefer online shopping than the in-store.
