Marquise was excellent from start to finish!!! He helped me find a specific hat for my husband and helped me decide how to embroider it and all! 10/10 experience I would recommend Lids Towson to every and anyone simply for his awesome customer service.

Veryy AWFUL experience, team member Dubin👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 he had bad customer service since the moment we walked in like ZERO help finding a hat and barely opened his mouth to answer questions thenn after approving the embroidery design and waiting for over an hour the boy STILL MESSED IT UP!!! we went back in and approached a different team member explaining what was wrong and when Dubin walked in he was giggling and laughing as if it was a known mistake and he just sat in the corner and eventually just let the other team member take over the transaction. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I visit this store every time I come to Towson mall and I never had any problems before, 9/12 between 6 and 7pm the employee who needs to give up his job btw lied when I asked him if he entered my email for the point system also ignored my questions and texting in his phone and laughing and when it came time for him to complete my purchase he had an attitude.

I was in this store for 45 minutes. Not once did the sales associate acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. He was helpful to the younger people who were shopping in the store. I wanted to ask for a specific football team's hat, but I decided to leave. There were only 2 others in the store at the time. I was disappointed with the selection of hats and color choices.

First time in this store and I was extremely disappointed! I was with my nephew (12 yrs old) buying his first fitted hat and I had no idea what I was doing. 3 sales associates were present and no one could actually help us. They were on their phones or doing busy work, but not actually working with customers, like us. It was lazy help– ex. “If we have that size it’s over there, if it’s not over there we don’t have it”. Smh the culture of this store is lackadaisical and they all need to be retrained. We ended up buying a $50 hat and they didn’t even have bags to put the merchandise in. I won’t be visiting this chain again.

Employees here have no manners. Greeting or assisting customers is not their concern. It also doesn't have the sales like other Lids locations. Limited selection too. Variety of sports teams would suit the store in a way sufficient way.

It's cool to shop here if you don't shop for hats often. This location. Has decent staff. I only had one unsatisfactory experience with a worker , whom I felt their vibe was off. But, for the most part, they don't bother you. Hats selection is cool. Honestly, I would prefer online shopping than the in-store.
