I gave them an 2 ; even though they prepared my 2029 tax return; but I wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone to get my 2021 taxes done and even leaving messages to ask for an appointment; so now I got to wait until 2023 and try again; because I can’t afford to pay to get my taxes done
